UPDATE: 8/31/25 - My family went there and once again horrible cooks. 3 of us had to send out steaks back more than 3 times (mine was remade twice) and they still couldn’t get it to a medium well but had it cook to medium then when they brought it back it was flash cooked therefore it was burned every time. Ended up just having them take it off my bill and left hungry. The scary part is they had their line managers cooking the steaks after the first incident and they still couldn’t get it right… Review dropped to 1 star. And oh thr other times they recooked it they didn’t bring any of the mushrooms I ordered even though I mentioned it on the 2nd one. Old Post: Wife and I were hoping to have an enjoyable Valentine’s Day dinner together however we were very disappointed. The waitress we had Kat was very friendly however after getting our Cheese fry appetizer (which was delicious but had barely any fries on the plate) the service went down hill. The three tables that had sat down in the area after our arrive stared getting their dinner orders. I looked at my wife and mentioned that people around us were getting their dinner which she realized as well. 5 minutes later nothing still and we both realized we haven’t seen our waitress walking around for a bit. Finally our waitress arrived with the food and apologized for the delay indicating the had an influx of To-Go orders. We got our food and my wife and I looked at each other and realized that if it was delayed due to the to-go orders how did those around us that sat down after us end up getting their food before us? Anyways I got the $30 filet mignon and my wife got the sirloin and ribs combo. Both means we’re earn and not hot indicating they may have been sitting in the window for quite some time leaving us to believe out waitress in fact got stuck helping with to-go orders not out food being delayed due to the to-go orders as we were told. I had to send my steak back which was sent back medium rare to be warmed up. The wife didn’t want to have hers sent back because she didn’t want it over cooked or burned. Good thing she didn’t because when mine came back while it was hit it was burned and came back well done. The cook tried to hide it by placing the chard side face down on the plate. Very disappointed by our experience. What was suppose to be an enjoyable night turned into an aggregating one after having an almost 2 hour wait for reservations when originally quoted an hour wait and then having an $80 meal with food neither of us really enjoyed.

We unfortunately had a very unpleasant experience at our local restaurant. To start off the service from the server which his name was Kurt was awful. He was not personable,nor friendly actually he was kind of rude and offered poor service. His over all service was awful. Took forever to even place our tables order. Then when the food finally arrived my salad arrived with a unpleasant surprise. Which it was a yellow ticket crumbled up under the salad. I believe it was a redo or remake ticket. We waited for a while for the server to come back. After waiting and no Kurt someone from our party go up and found Kurt and showed him what was wrong with the plate and asked to speak to a manager. Again we had to wait when the female manager came to the table she also wasn't very pleasant or friendly. She was told and shown the salad she made the statement that she didn't know how that got there but that it was one of their tickets. She basically tried to imply that it was placed there. She did offer a new salad and went to take the plate with her when some in our party asked her nicely if that salad could please stay there until the new one came out. Her response was with an attitude was "I would never do that, but ok" and walked away. After having a conversation at the table I understood why my friend asked for it to please be left there until the new one came out. I would love to attach a picture to the this form but I don't see where I could do that. This was a larger party celebrating a birthday and the total was $178.81. And honestly I wish I had taken my daughter and the rest of the party out to dinner somewhere else. This experience was absolutely awful from beginning to end. To the point that I'm thinking about leaving a review and posting the picture and experience we had at this location. I truly hope this is taken seriously and addressed with the people involved and the restaurant owner and GM. Thank you for your time and I look forward to some feedback. PS After waiting since April and never hearing back from.anyone. I decided to attach the letter I the restaurant. Along with a picture of the salad. Take a close look at the right side of the plate you will see the yellow ticket paper. Totally unacceptable and disgusting and on sanitary.

It was supposed to be an enjoyable time... I called ahead, I was told I couldn't put my name in if I wasn't there already... Not what I had been told previously... But they assured me that the wait wasn't terribly long. We get there and we are told it would be a 20 minute wait... That's not what I would consider "not terribly long", 10 minutes is more so in the "not terribly long" category in my opinion. That's neither here nor there... The two of us sit and wait, ended up waiting more than 30 minutes. Like what the actual heck?! Needless to say I was irritated. I asked my daughter if she was sure this was where she wanted to go that we could go elsewhere and not wait as long, and she said she wanted to try this place... So I went in and said something. They ended up seating us immediately... I find it very strange that there were so many booths not being utilized yet the wait was so long. Anyways, as we are being seated I let them know it's my daughter's birthday, I was told they would sing to her. We order our food, at the end they asked her if she wanted a dessert for her birthday and she said yes... They came over and sang to her and gave us a dessert for her. I believe it was a brownie with ice cream... I didn't eat any. At the end of it all they put the dessert on my check... Which I have NEVER seen before. I have never known a restaurant to charge for a birthday treat before. It was very off putting. Over all I'm just not satisfied with this location. I don't plan to return. (Review from 2 years ago) Called ahead for seating (date night, table for 2)... Was placed on a list yet told there was no wait... Got there 15 min later only to be told there was a 15 min wait and I was never put on a waiting list. We proceeded to wait 20 minutes before I asked for a manager. Manager seated us immediately (there were tons of empty table's!! Maybe lack of staff though?) We ordered our appetizer and dinner... Dinner comes out and appetizer never does!! Crazy. Not satisfied with the meal or service at all. Wouldn't waste my money or my date night here again.

March 31st I decided to give this place another try after not having been in so long. It was just my daughter and myself, her and I were celebrating her 11th birthday.
