Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Waterford Township

I love Domino's but they need a better rewards points system! You only get 10points for an order over $10. So if you spend anything less than $10, you get no points, if you spend $10, you get 10 points, but even if you spend $100, you still only get 10 points! You can't even split up the order to get the points you deserve because 10points is the max an account can get in a day. On top of how annoying this is, the points expire! With no account activity in a few months, all accumulated points disappear, so it is so hard to get the 60points that award you one medium pizza. Aside from this poor excuse for a rewards system, I like Domino's as a decent fast food pizza chain. But I do have one complaint regarding quality. Everyone knows that Chocolate Lava Crunch Cakes are the best dessert you can get anywhere, and it's practically not even a Domino's order without them. I always look forward to these lava cakes as the best part of the meal, but the past few times that I have gotten them, they have been completely crushed! They powdered sugar gets a weird yellowish color (maybe from melting or something?) And the lavacakes aren't even that warm. I live less than 10 minutes away from my local Domino's, so there is no way that sitting flat on my car seat for under 10 minutes will cause them to be crushed and cold. It's definitely a letdown from the great taste I had come to expect. One last thing: I miss regular bread sticks ): now all they sell are stuffed cheats bread, or a variety of bread twists. I love Dominos pizza... however, today my husband, brother, and I had an extremely bad experience at this Atco location. We walked in to pick up our pizza order and the woman before us and our order had been mixed up so we had to wait extra. Then the one employee accused us of rating them a 2 on their app when we didn't.. it was probably the woman before us. Even if we did rate them a 2 she should have never said anything to us. They were very nasty and using foul language while speaking to us. Their customer service was awful! Food is great, I don't have an issue with that, but even their manager was acting extremely rude. They did give us a free 2-liter of soda which was a nice gesture but we will never go back to this location due to the disrespectful and immature behavior that we witnessed. I've never had such bad customer service in all my life and we did not do anything to deserve it. Also we witnessed some health hazards which makes us uneasy about our pizza... I suggest a complete firing of all current employees at this location and starting fresh with people who respect their customers! It's so disappointing since we enjoy...

I worked at this dominos before and everyone that works there is great their good people who are just trying to do there job and make customers happy but it's just funny all these reviews basically blaming the workers for issues they cant handle mainly the app when I worked there we had no control over the app people get nasty when it says their foods done when it's got a couple more mins its called patience get some, these people work hard dominos is a popular business and the way that some people treat the workers is awful all because they gotta wait its ignorant especially when it's very busy and people are yelling at workers. And the no gloves thing is funny cause there was never gloves when I worked there it's called they was there hands and if udont like it leave dont sit there and post pictures on the reviews of workers making your food that again ignorant but again very good people working and there to make u good food I appreciate the time I worked there and always...
