Sometimes itâs ok, most of the time itâs not worth the cost. We love jets pizza but this location is probably the worst one weâve tried. I think just as a standard their pizza must come with no sauce as thereâs never any on there, so I always ask for âextraâ just so thereâs some on there (Iâve never had actual extra sauce). This last time it seemed like they actually put no sauce at all even though again, I asked for extra. Who is out here wanting toppings on dry bread for $30+?
Most of the time, especially with thin crust, the toppings are extremely minimal. I order from a different location that is several miles further away (wish this one were closer) and their pizza is LOADED with toppings on their thin crust. Like the box is heavy! Just not always convenient to drive further away.
Also have had some very rude employees there. One of the reasons we love jets is that they let us do half and half without charging extra (ex: 2 toppings on left, different 2 toppings on right - charged for 2 toppings versus 4 toppings). This is even the case on their website, it charges for 2. Called one time because we had a coupon and the guy on the phone was adamant he was charging me for 4 toppings - tried to explain to him it has always only be 2, that weâve ordered many times this exact order, and he goes, âthatâs 4 toppings sweetieâ very condescendingly, then hung up on me. Called back and someone picked up the phone and immediately hung up again. Called back again and got the manager, who apologized and then got my order correct.
I just think for the cost, they could do a little better. Disappointed more often than not with their food...

I ordered a pizza several weeks ago from Them they told me youâd be 45 minutes to an hour that they were busy no problem hour and a half later no pizza I called and whoever answered the phone was very rude ordered a pizza today they told me it would be 35 to 40 minutes 1 hour and five minutes later I called and politely asked how my order was coming along Jesse told me itâs on the road itâll be there soon he was very short and rude I expressed I was a little bit disappointed that I always deal with this particular jets and he denied that I was told 35 to 40 minutes I asked him why would I lie about it his reply was we only have two people here and neither one of us wouldâve told you that. So that would be calling me the customer a liar. I also asked him how much would a driver expect to be tipped when the pizza is 35 to 40 minutes late? He replied donât tip them what do I care. 10 minutes later the delivery lady showed up with my pizza and I let her know I am refusing the order she looked baffled she said she just punched in 20 minutes to go grab my order and shot right over.    Read moreHad this store deliver on 5/26/18 and this is what happened. Notice the black mark on the post where it was BACKED into. About the bumper hieght of a Jeep SUV. The general manager, Ryan was of no help. Couldn't even offer a phone number to their insurance company. Of course his driver says there was no way they hit it which means I'm the liar. Ryan's solution was to send the driver back out with his business card in case I needed to contact him. I need to contact your insurance company! That's what it's for, right? Ryan will tell you you're being hostile when you say you're going to call the police to have an incident report filled. Which is exactly what this situation calls for. Point is...whatch your delivery driver pull in and back out of your property if you can or else it'll be your word against theirs(or your kid lying in the street). To top it all off, my food was cold as could be by the time I got off the phone. I'll be patiently waiting to hear from the owner this week to see if their customer service skills are any better. Oh, and replacing a mailbox post too! Last time I give any Jet' s pizza a single penny. Miss the days of good customer service and people caring about...
