Olga Pizza — Restaurant in Waterford Township

My teenager ordered a calzone and 7 up tonight. When her food was delivered she handed the girl a 20$, the girl asked how much money my daughter wanted back, all of it was the reply. My daughter was counting her money deciding what to give for a tip, seems the girl who delivered the food had rolled her eyes when told all the money was wanted back, the driver/ delivery girl left to get into her car before my daughter could decide on a tip, my daughter closed the door and asked how much money she should have gotten back. The bill was 13.60, my daughter got 5 singles back. I called and asked about the difference, at first the girl on the phone who had been the girl who brought the food said she gave my daughter 6$, no, I told her she gave her 5 singles. She told me they do not give back coins. The girl on the phone said she would return the $1, but it would be later. I got to thinking further on this and was a bit ticked that the change would not be returned if owed. I called the store a second time, same girl answered. I asked for a manager, she said she was the manager. Her name is Shauna. In my conversation with this girl she argued about what she did and stated they do not carry change so they don't return that and then pointed out that most people give it for tips. Ah ha, there it was and I told her so. She expected a tip so decided to take it for herself perhaps had she not rolled her eyes and gone down the steps as my daughter was trying to make sense of the lesser amount of cash returned to her, she may have gotten that tip honestly. This girl stole my daughter's money and I am very disappointed! Shauna claims if the drawer is over what she owes my daughter she will return it. Not holding my breath and you can better believe Shauna has gotten her tips by stealing them from unsuspecting people before and will in the future I am sure. I would give a zero star rating if I could. I placed a decent size order consisting of a large pizza breadsticks and a pop. I had it delivered to my house and the delivery diver didn't listen to me on how to get to my house and got lost because of it and gave me a attitude about it and my pizza and breadsticks were cold and he forgot to bring the dipping sauce for my breadsticks so I called the manager the next day to complain about it and she hung up on me the first time I told her about it and then I called back and she accused me and my boyfriend of being homeless because we were standing outside of our house so the pizza guy wouldn't miss our house and told me not to order from them again WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER I recommended never...

Decent food... but had bad experience with ordering over the phone and paying with credit card. Most of the time they get the numbers wrong. They write down some where and run it later instead of doing it right a way. Then they have to call back to verify. One time they did not want too run it any more and wanted to make me pay cash. I did not have any on me so I cancelled the the order. They banned me for delivery because they the order through the oven already before the payment was processed. I would understand when it happens once or twice.. but it's almost 100% of the with me. I dont order there any more. I used a regular for months. Order at least 2x a week

Suggestion: do not pay with credit...
