Palladino's Market — Restaurant in Waterford Township

I used to rave about this place to everyone. Their food was so good that we would drive twenty five minutes out of our way to order from here regularly.

But the quality and customer service has gone down hill and is straight up atrocious now.

Our last three orders were incorrect. We ordered items straight off of the menu, nothing custom or special about them. The last order was hands down the worst experience we had there and the reason we will never order from them again.

Our order of 4 sandwiches took over an hour and a half to be prepared. Ridiculous. On top of that, we drove 25 minutes home and discovered the order was incorrect again. Our order included an Italian hoagie. What we received was domestic ham and bologna with American cheese on a dry roll with nothing else on it. When we called them we were lied to and told that our order was correct because they changed their Italian hoagie recipe to what we received, despite the fact that to this day the menu states an Italian Hoagie is "thinly sliced Ham, Genoa salami, mortadella, and a mild Provolone cheese."

While I would have loved to give this feedback privately to the owner, I've been waiting six days since I gave him my contact information and he has yet to bother calling me about the constant issues we've had ordering there, so now I'm leaving this review publicly so everyone knows how much of a waste of time ordering from Palladino's market is. I worked with Nicole from Palladino’s Market for my husband’s surprise 60th birthday party where we had about 200 guests. She served as both my caterer and party planner. It was like having an easy button – everything I could think of she said yes to and had suggestions to make things even better. She was very responsive throughout the planning process and she made the whole experience so enjoyable and helped me get excited for the party instead of anxious or stressed – even with any last minute requests or changes. When we arrived, the decorations were exactly what I had pictured, and the food was incredible! We had a pretzel station, dessert bar, grazing table, tail-gating favorites, and heavier food like meatballs and cheesesteaks. Everyone at the party kept talking about how delicious everything was and how much fun they were having. She went above and beyond to keep the buffets full, check on what people wanted, and had her staff check in on my husband and me as well.I am already looking forward to working with her again on our next family party and can’t imagine going...

I recently attending a friend's 60th birthday that Palladino's Market catered and where I was told that the owner, Nikki, also served as the party planner - it was an amazing experience and the food was incredible! You can tell a lot about a caterer by their produce and everything was so fresh! There wasn't a bad piece of strawberry or a soggy cucumber in sight! The cinnamon roles, meatballs, pepperoni bread, potato salad - literally everything - was amazing, it tasted homemade in the best way and the decor was super impressive as well. She had everything sports themed like it was a tailgate party and created such a fun atmosphere. 10/10...
