Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Waterford Township

Ordered there yesterday a deep dish medium online out of ham and green peppers IIt got cheese only pizza but I was charged for the items I called there originally right after I put it online and placed it to confirm just to make sure to go over to make sure they had the ham and the green peppers on my order she said well you should get a confirmation number in your email with your order number she never said I’ll look at the ticket for you ? The girl that answered the phone had an Indian accent she didn’t even volunteered to look At the ticket basically she just was on the phone quiet waiting for me to look at my email talk about oblivious to reality hello I’ll never order from there again! BIG DISAPPOINTMENT ! Pizza Hut for years all of them there not consistent they used to be consistent & good they’re deep dish was the great ! All locations years ago not anymore it’s hit and miss this deal was dry I mean you could break it on the table would break and they didn’t put enough oil in there dough & it didn’t rise correctly the dough wasn’t even the norm DEEP DISH itself it wasn’t even deep dish it was flat compared to what you normally got years ago when they consistent their deep dish The dough /crust was deep dish it had smoothness to it the cheese itself was bubbling & stringy this cheese wasn’t even stringy! I’ll never go there again I have been disappointed Pizza Hut is not consistent they used to be consistently good thideep dish was the best yellow I don’t care which one you went to years ago not anymore it’s hit and miss this deal was dry I mean you could break it on the table would break and asked if you had it they didn’t enough oil in there though it didn’t rise correctly the dough was an even the pizza itself wasn’t even deep dish it was flat compared to what you normally get and deep dish I’ve always had his battery it’s got you no smoothness to it that the cheese itself what is it wasn’t even stringy the cheese was even stringy it was the WORT pizza About 1 hr later stupid me tried to heat a 1/2 slice in the microwave It was even more gross -dryer and the cheese it didn’t even bubble or become stringy like the old days ! I don’t know that’s not their normal cheese or something I just know I’ll never order from ANY PIZZA HUT AGAIN THAT DID IT for me! I’ll stick with OLGAS PIZZA THEY HAVE GREAT PIZZA AND THEIR MENU IS MORE VERSATILE THEY HAVE GREAT CHICKEN GREAT RIBS PLUS THEY HAVE THE BEST CHOCOLATE CAKE SLICES YOU CAN ORDER UNDER...

This location seems to mess up our order every single time we’ve ordered, we ordered tonight to give this location a second chance, they had to credit us from our last visit months ago because we got a delivery they forgot all of our sauces and gave us bone in wings when we asked for boneless which resulted in my husband having to go drive to the location and fix our order, (which defeated the purpose of us paying for delivery)From there the manager don told us it was our fault because we didn’t order correctly, today we decided to take a shot and go in store to order and use our credit And we ordered enough food for 6 people,(Which we paid extra because of our larger order) my husband picked up made sure we had our sauces and the manager don told him he didn’t hear him about the sauces so he almost messed up our order AGAIN! My husband gets home and his bone in wings he ordered ended up being boneless this time! So again he went back to the store to correct his order the manager Don was so rude and told him “just so you know I won’t be giving you a credit anymore for this.” My husband was furious because he again told us that we didn’t order correctly, it’s safe to say the manager needs to have better social skills and understand his mistakes shouldn’t be blamed on the customer. We will never ever return to Pizza Hut! We don’t want any credits because of horrible customer service and not being able to correctly take your order, I highly suggest if you are going to Pizza Hut to use a different location because the manager Don is rude and will blame his mistakes on you. Also because they can’t complete a simple order, we got two normal pizzas one topping on one, a order of boneless wings and a order of bone in wings and a small side of breadsticks and that was far too complicated for them, also forget your sauces you probably forgot to ask for them according to management. I’ve never had such rude and horrible customer service in my life! And don’t forget after you order your family probably won’t end up eating together because you can bet your bottom dollar one of the family members will be driving back to fix order and be told it was their fault in the first place. Oh also don’t call to place an order they won’t answer and you will be directed to customer service who will direct you back to their line where no one answers again!...

I will not be visiting this location ever again. Don, the store manager argued with me over a credit that was supposed to be issued on May 26th. The credit was not issued as the woman on the phone told me it was associated with my phone number.

Upon going in today to pick up my two orders, I was told they would not honor this credit, after he told me I did not order a pizza on the 26th (when I showed him my order on my phone, he still did not listen, great manager skills, right?). I requested the owners phone number to speak with them, all while maintaining my composer, he told me he wasn’t going to give it to me and he is ‘absolute’ there.

To note, this was the second time an order was wrong, I didn’t even notify the store the first time, as mistakes happen.

I left without either pizza, 300 points, a messed up pizza that I paid for prior, and a true disdain for Pizza Hut. Considering this was over an hour drive each way, and took more effort than I should ever put in and the manager was so closed off to make it a discussion, instead being on the defensive from the get-go, I don’t see myself returning to any location. Good thing Hungry Howies, Little Caesar’s, and now Jets all offer a variant of stuffed crust; and they’re closer.

Honestly, this is why customer service fails. If he can treat a customer who frequents the store with this much disrespect, maybe the employees...
