I don't know how or why but a chicken dinner was delivered. I must say it was DELICIOUS. I am still waiting for the owner to call me when he is back from vacation because it was the worst experience a retired restaurant worker ever had. I will do a better job with customer service for free for a week. I will train the manager on common courtesy and manners.

Chuck 2 weeks later and you still have not made it right. You have my address and phone as I used to order beefs once a week from you. Make it right. Placed an order for delivery and discussed delivery fees and 2.5 hours later I call wondering why it's not here. BTW that was over 30 minutes ago and they are 5 min to my house. Sure hope that the driver gets 10% of their sales instead of pay them out. Delivery fees go to the owners. The server put it in as pick up. Since I don't drive I know that was the 2st error. Well I haven't driven in 25 years and wouldn't order a chicken dinner for p/u.They were charging me full price for delivery. After 1 and 1/2 hours I checked on my order and suggested a free desert for my wait, which now was 2 hours & the manager representing the place, suggested that I ordered for pickup. Which, if I was a valid driver might have worked. Since my.son was murdered I have not driven.- 13 years so nope didn't say pickup. But SHE got snarky and snippy telling me I'm wrong. Again- have not driven in decade. Google Jesse MItchell Beskow VS P.J.Cooper. the murder of my son caused me not to drive so I KNOW I ORDERED DELIVERY and the manager contests that I wanted delivery. Still no owners but the pretend boss is FINALLY after 3 weeks sending some food- 2 white meat chicken dinner no add ons and certainly not a complimentary cookie from her. I was a 30% average per hr server. I know how to serve the public. If your boss wants a trainer instead of a person chasing people away cuz they don't know how to behave when a mistake is made or when they hit the weeds lemme know. I'd Do her job to get out of the house for tips.

Even though I waited 1&1/2 hr 4my meal. I am an excellent food server who raised 3 beautiful humans waiting tables with a make your visit ta celebration attitude I might expect better from management. I would, as an owner called when I returned and had you come in for a cosmo and chatted. Instead I am taking my refund and from now on when I crave Chicago style beefs and dogs Antioch pizza Burlington is my go to. I am from Chicago and if you want authentic...

Terrible. Ordered lasagna and when it came was served in a shallow bowl and I actually thought it was soup at first. Smallest serving I have ever seen and only about an inch high. Maybe had two layers but I bet there was only one, scalding hot so it was microwaved and the only sauce was reddish watery, definitely frozen and NOT homemade like it said on the menu. $14.99 included garlic bread and salad. Waitress never came back to ask how my food was and I waited quite a while just for the bill and they weren’t busy. Again never asked when I paid either. I would be ashamed and embarrassed to serve this to a paying customer....

Terrible service! We walked in and after about 5 minutes of waiting to be greeted a woman stuck her head out of a door and yelled across the restaurant, "What do you need?". The restaurant was empty so I asked "Are you open?", in an annoyed tone she replied "Yes, what do you need?". My general understanding is that when at a restaurant one typically wants food, but this may have been too much to ask at this facility. Against our better judgement we stayed.
