My earlier experiences were pretty good. I tried doing a survey since I thought they did a good job. Next time I arrive, I say I have a receipt code to try and get it with my order and I am told that's something I do "next time." This was the next time already. Ok. Whatever.
Pulling out of the drive thru is a nightmare. You think it's pretty straightforward taking the right opening in the lot to the street, but in any time that isn't the winter, your vision of the road will be completely obstructed by a tree. Considering that a busy roadway is right there this is unacceptable. An accident waiting to happen. If you don't want to needlessly risk your life every time you come to this location for a bite, drive out and in on the left opening, by the oil change and car wash.
In my most recent experience, I pull up, and say I have a mobile order. I am asked for my code so I provide it. They say they don't understand. So the next three times I wait 10 or 20 seconds and attempt to say what the code is, I am interrupted in the middle of saying what my code is, to be asked what the code is. ?!?!?!?!
I have had to sit through 15 minute wait after 15 minute line. This is a horrible location. If you're okay with driving out a little further, there are many competitors just down the road. Or, if you're going the other way, the McD location on Big Bend is much more prompt in their service and don't have attitudes taking your order. This isn't the worst McD experience I have had but it's been bad enough that I'm not coming back.

Read moreOn Sat, June 3, I entered the location at 815A Fox Ln, Waterford, WI. I placed a counter order at 3:55 pm for just 2 cones. It was obviously busy, as well as a shift change, so I waited. After 10 minutes, I checked the dining room board, but my order number was not on it. I asked the cashier, and was told it was still on the line board, and was coming up. Five additional minutes later, I decided it wasn't worth it. I approached the counter and said (still in conversational voice) that 15 minutes was too long for just 2 cones and wanted a refund. She tried to get the back to rush the order, but I didn't want the order, just the refund, and I said that. I was told the manager would be with me in a few minutes. Yep, conversational tone was not working. I did raise my voice at this point, yelling into the back that I wanted a manager, right now for my refund. I then did so again, wondering if I would need to yell my request again. A manager did finally step out from the back, to process my refund. I told him it was on a card, that I did not want a cash refund. At this point, the manager threw the cash at me and told me to leave the store or he would call the police. I agreed he should do that. I decided it wasn't worth my time, gathered the 3 bills, and took a soda rather than scour the floor for the scattered coins. Read moreIf at any time they actually pull off the miraculous feat of getting even a simple order correct, I will raise my rating accordingly. I do not expect much from any fast food joint to be honest and I do take into consideration that it's not always an easy job and dealing with the public in general is a b!!!ch. But when the service is this notoriously bad, something has to be done. I have given them so many chances. They are literally right down the block so very convenient to me. From now on I will just go that 1 extra minute to the BK down the road or the mcdonalds in burlington I guess. My order has been wrong Every.Single.Time I have gone here. Not exaggerating. And I go here more often than I should :-) It's just a shame. I wouldn't even mind a bit of a wait if the order would actually be right just ONCE! ONCE!!!!!
There is a response in these reviews from an employee who says to stop being rude and inconsiderate to them for just doing their jobs.
