It started out so pleasantly...I was so happy to treat myself. The lunch rush was winding down, people were leaving and I was promptly seated...a lone diner. My server took my order, answered my questions and left to put in the order. Someone dropped off chips and salsa...Goody! Now just bring that delicioso margarita and I can cruise all afternoon. Someone else stopped by 5 minutes later to ask if I needed to put in a drink order. I said no, but maybe I should have ordered my second drink then. A few minutes later the beautiful drink appeared. Ahhh....gracias. So nice. Then a few minutes later, there's the food. The order was correct... all is right with the world. If I could just get some extra napkins...and maybe another margarita? I'll just ask when they come by to fill the second drink... right? Wrong! That was it. My server never returned. For awhile it was okay until I took that last sip. Finally I flagged down another server who had passed me a couple of times. He said, 'One second please'... and never returned. I sat back and watched as four servers zipped around the now nearly empty restaurant. And watched my food grow cold, my appetite fade and my mood turn blue. I finally saw my server cleaning a table next to me. I waited and agreed when he asked if I would like a to go box. I checked out, tipped them adequately....then went up the street to Tequila. Ordered something to take home to the family, had my second margarita š¹ š while I waited and wrote this review. Btw, the staff here is very friendly. I'm not bitter... just wiser and fatter. I was told our wait would be 25-30 minutes, so we decided to wait. Normally I would not wait 30 minutes to be seated with my kids in tow, but since we like their food and had guests we decided to wait it out. Once 30 minutes was up, I went back in to see how much longer it would be. I was told she wasn't sure...When I said I had a hungry 3 year old and needed to know to decide if we would need to leave, I was told it'd be at least another 20 minutes! So the wait time provided went from 25-30 minutes to being AT LEAST a 50 minute wait, with no idea how much past that it'd be! Needless to say we left! I would be more understanding if it would've been just me and my husband, but to have a baby and toddler with us and be given a wait time that was less than half the actual wait is unacceptable (especially since we would've left initially if given the...

We then hear the OWNER talking to his staff saying, āshe is trying to speak Russian to me like she will get an orderā and laughing about it. Due to a medical condition it is hard to speak clearly and hard to read. I spelled out what I wanted from the menu clearly and he said they still didnāt have what I was trying to say even when it was on their menu. I get to the restaurant and showed them from their menu what I wanted and even asked if I spelled it correctly, and they said yeah it is spelled right and started in with excuses. They laughed at their customer when they were clearly in the wrong.
