Casey's — Restaurant in Waterloo

Due to unfortunate events, I don't have any water or plumbing at the place I'm currently living, so I've begun coming here more frequently solely for the restroom, since Casey's stores have always been a favorite of mine. Tonight I finally confronted the manager (Bruce) about the toilet seat always being dirty anytime I come in here and that I've had to clean it myself each time and asked for some cleaning spray so i could clean it myself again, since during this conversation he clearly did not want to resolve the issue. He declined to give me any cleaning spray..or say anything for that matter, he simply walked to the restroom and closed the door behind him. I heard him proceed to use the toilet brush and toilet water to 'clean' the seat for me and used paper towels to wipe it up. I know this because there was torn paper towel left behind on the seat still and the seat still had toilet water on it!! DISGUSTING! He walked out of the restroom and said "there ya go." It was then that i realized that the cleaning supply cabinet was right in front of the bathroom door, which he neglected to retrieve or replace any supplies to/from! IT WAS RIGHT THERE. I know there's a camera in close proximity to this restroom. I really hope somebody who is in a position high enough for him to care about their opinion of him comes across this and checks the footage for 9/10/18 ~ 6pm. I cleaned the toilet...

This place is horrible. I’ve ordered from here 3 times since moving to Waterloo and the first 2 times they messed up my order as well as didn’t have it even started in the oven when I arrived at the time it said the pizzas would be ready. Then I order a pizza tonight and it’s completely destroyed in the box by my doordash driver and Caseys won’t do anything about it. I asked if I could just come get a new cheese pizza myself and they told me I have to figure it out tomorrow. Worst Caseys I’ve been...

Terrible customer service, this is the second time I've ordered online and only been delivered my grab ticket., when I called I waited for someone to answer the phone for 40 minutes only to tell me pretty much it's on me. I'm appaled at the customer service. How first it was my fault then the lady that delivered the food then nothing was done about it and im just out my money and told to put in a grievance like how about jus the food I paid...
