Omg where to start!! Let’s start with when I stayed here last year. Don’t take your dogs here!!! This is a pet friendly hotel but last year the manager ( a foreigner) told us he doesn’t like dogs. Our dog chewed a bone on the bed and made left some slobber on the sheets so I asked for knew. Instead of just giving me the blanked so I could change it be made us leave so he could. This year I had a back massager plugged into an outlet next to bed and it started a fire while we were done with dog in the room. Had to wash all our things and throw lots of stuff away. The dog was found hiding in the bathtub covered in soot. Then we try to get quarters from management and he tells us how insurance won’t cover the damage when insurance couldn’t have been there and determined that in just a few hours. Fire we deemed accidental by the fire department. My wife had to leave with the dog a few days before check out cause they told us we had to take the dog with us everywhere we went. Even after I paid a 25 dollar a night pet fee. We called the 1-800 number for help with the situation and were hung up on by another foreigner. Never again!!!!! They couldn’t be less...
Read moreI stayed here for two different nights. The first night I got a room because of car troubles. The hosts at the counter gave me a discount on the room for the night and were very accommodating. The room was very clean and had a small fridge and freezer, a microwave, and a good functioning heater. The water for taking a shower bath wasn't very hot during the time that I was there, that was probably my only complaint about this place. The second night I stayed there the bathtub was not fully cleaned. I let the hosts know right away, they were genuinely concerned and after taking a look, they put me in a different room that was clean to my satisfaction. They were very accommodating and provided me with a solution to my problem. If you are going to stay here I recommend booking a room online, because it is a little bit cheaper that way. The continental breakfast left a little bit to be desired, but that was okay with me since I travel with my own food. The rooms were extremely outdated, and the bathrooms were too small – it was inconvenient to have to straddle the toilet to close the door, and the hard water left a residue on my skin after showering. Additionally, the swimming pool was freezing, which was particularly disappointing as a heated pool was one of the main reasons we booked our stay. I was also displeased that the staff did not address the issue of children running in the hallways at all hours.
While the breakfast on the first day was good and the staff kept up with the demands of a fully booked hotel, the breakfast on the second day was horrible. When we arrived around 7:30 AM, there was barely any food available besides carb-heavy options. To make matters worse, the vending machine was not working.
The check-in process was smooth, but the noise level in the common area made it difficult to hear the staff member assisting me. During check-out, there was no one at the desk for at least 10 minutes, which caused a delay.
Due to these issues, I regret to inform you that we will not be returning to your hotel...
