Casey's — Restaurant in Waterloo

VERY rude woman (taller, glasses, brown hair with pony tail, somewhat older, a few tattoos, was not wearing name tag). I came in, proceeded to wait patiently for several minutes hearing them all joke with one another by the entrance to the kitchen. After about 7 minutes I walked over and said "Hi there is there someone that can help me? I've been waiting a while" she then bit my head off and yelled "Well I didn't see you come in!!" And I said "That's fine, but I've been waiting several minutes, I just want to get my gas and go please"....she rolled her eyes and was very short and snippy with me as she went through the process with me for me to pay for my gas. Very unpleasant the whole time. I said thank you anyway and told her to have a good night to which she rolled her eyes at me. No idea why she's there if she does not want...

I ordered a single topping and a 2 topping and some loaded cheese sticks and was very disappointed that our 2 topping was missing 1 of the toppings altogether. Then when I tried to call the store I was put on hold and ended up hanging up after being on hold for 15 minutes and no one ever answered. I am so upset about this and don't think I will ever order from the Ridgeway location ever...

Absolute worst experience ever waiting for pizza that had been ordered ahead of time on the app. I arrive just before it should be done and use the restroom and afterwards I come out no one asked if I needed something till finally someone from the front of the store asked when they went and check the pizza were just being started. I don't recommend...
