Dairy Queen Store — Restaurant in Waterloo

We were in Waterloo for a softball game (out of town) and found the store very confusing. There are two windows and it was 9:30 and we didn't know the store was closed. There were workers in the inside but they couldn't come to the microphone and tell us they were close. We weren't the only car waiting to see if they were open. There were 2 cars behind us. Everyone's driving in a circle wondering if we have the wrong window etc. I think it is funny that a DQ closes before 10 p.m. in the summer and the hours were not posted anywhere. Went through the drive through for some ice cream tonight. The young gal sounded like she'd rather be anywhere else on earth.
