I used to work at this location and you can tell the staff morale is not what it should be when I worked at this location managers were allowed to mistreat the works and if a worker spoke up got in trouble or even got written up for stupid shit I personally feel like the managers are preventing this store from being what it is capable of by far the worst cooking job I ever had never in my life had managers been able to ignore workers asking for help and this is what this location does culvers owners I implore you to take this serious do some undercover boss type stuff and you will see how poorly this stores management team is a business success depends on the staff morale its sad when people dont even enjoy being there I have talked to some of the crew members when I came into eat one time and they tell me what I already new management dont respect the crew I have asked multiple crew members bout their experience working at this location some times a lil respect can go along ways and I really truly feel that management is holding this store back from reaching its full potential also owners take time out of your life go to that store ask your workers questions and you'll see that some people feel some of the managers are dictators and dont listen to the crew I have seen ambulances multiple times at this location for culvers employees heat exhaustion etc I really hope you take this serious culvers can be a great store but when you got managers cussing out customers multiple times managers not helping the crew when they ask for help that kinda stuff hinders progression the vibe doesn't seem positive the welcome to culvers sounds so rehearsed we want genuine not like your getting ready for a play Updated. I went in to order food and had grilled onions and bacon added to my chicken sandwich and this place gave me cold grilled onions making my sandwich disgusting only offered me a free custard for them messing up my sandwich obviously didnt take temps im gonna call...
Read moreCulver's is a one of very few restaurants that I will drive across town to pick up carry out or use the drive through. More often I stop there if I'm already nearby. I rarely dine in anywhere by myself, so if I don't feel like cooking it's a drive through for me. Culvers drive through is usually quite busy, it is always worth the wait. On my last visit that was no exception, they were slammed. When I returned home I discovered that they had forgotten to pack one of the sides with my order. I enjoyed what I had, the 2 pieces of fish and onion rings were delicious, even though I was stuffed, I was hungry for the missing coleslaw. I was hesitant to call, but eventually did. Not to complain or get anyone in trouble, just to let them know what happened. The person who took my call was very polite and told me to come back so they could make it right. Generally I wouldn't make a trip across town for coleslaw, but the truck was still warm and I really wanted coleslaw. They happily brought my side to the drive up and included a couple of coupons for my trouble. Whoever forgot to include my coleslaw has unwittingly gained at least 2 extra visits from me at times when I would normally go somewhere closer to home. Hats off to the Culver's for great food and wonderful customer service at a time when they were...
Read moreI came here with my daughter to get lunch yesterday. First let me say I use to work for Culver’s at the Cedar Falls location. I was cashier and trainer coordinator. The young man that took our order was fantastic!!! Once we got our food everything went downhill. We was talking when the dining room attendant came over and started talking to us which isn’t a problem engaging with customers is one of things I encouraged while I helped train individuals but while talking she was spitting all over our food! We got up and went to the counter asking for the manager. I began to explain the situation and before could finish she already knew what I was going to say!! Which leaves me to believe that this isn’t the first time this has happened. I understand individuals with developmental challenges need to work but if there is a known problem then as a manager I don’t think she needs to be placed in certain situations or even if she is then maybe she could wear a mask. I was so nauseated I just had them by up the remade food. I love Culver’s and hospitality that the company stands for but I can’t stomach going back to the Tower Park location. I will go to Cedar Falls I understand that it’s not the young lady fault rather management should utilize her in a...
