Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Waterloo

Each time I have order from here I have to give the driver instructions. This last time the driver gets lost, calls me and tells me he is at my home. I told him he couldn't be because I'm standing in the door. I attempted to get him too my address, he asked me do I see him. I didn't. I again asked where he was. He said look you must have given me the wrong address( 40+ years at this address and I don't know it 🤔. He then proceeded to tell me he wasn't going to keep driving around in circles. I again attempted to find his location. He was the opposite direction of where I stay so I gave him the address again and watch on the app as he proceeds to come in my direction. I am now standing in the middle of the road waiting. He calls back and says okay I'm in front of your house.🤔🤔 Wondering why he is there and his instructions state come to the side door on Manson. So I walk to the front of the house and he is two doors down. Sir you are at the wrong house. He said no he is outside my house. I said no your not i am looking at you need to drive forward and take a right at the bushes. Finally he gets it and drives in my direction. My deliver was late and my pizza was slide to one side of the box. Not happy with this...

I wish I could give more stars but sadly I can’t. Order from here a lot only because of price. Sometimes it’s right, sometimes not. Satisfaction guarantee is a JOKE! Don’t replace. No make believe free pizza on next order. 1 time ordered plain wings. Got my delivery, bit into it as 1st time eating that day ( it was around 8pm). It was buffalo wings. Have ulcers. Called immediately. Manager actually said,” well, that’s your dumb mistake for not inspecting 1st!” And drivers are hit and miss too. Always expect a tip when all orders are online and 15% tip left when I order. Several times pizza obviously fell off seat as all toppings were off and smashed to one side. And my pasta bowls rarely have enough Alfredo sauce. So many times have been top dried out to eat. Have tried to call corporate office. Leave messages. NEVER HAVE I GOTTEN A CALL BACK! At least 10 calls to them in past 2 years. Wish for them to care about their products and their jobs. Wish they would have some...

I have had multiple GREAT experiences with this Domino's and feel compelled to let everyone know how great they are!

The first time, I called in with a $20 bill to feed 4 10 yr olds (last minute sleepover deal) and the lady I spoke with was so awesome in helping me figure out the best deal! She didn't give me a discount, that's not what I'm saying. What I'm saying is, she was patient, kind, and helpful.

I have ordered from them a couple more times since then online and the food is always great and is just what I expect it to be.
