Dt# 149 employee tianzo was not greeted was asked what I want with an attitude was not friendly did not get a thank you acted like I was a pain to even be there and when I got to the window, she was on her phone talking about how Customer is interrupting their conversation I don’t know i’ve been coming to this Hardee’s since I was a little girl and I’m now 36 years old. I normally don’t complain but every time I come there there’s something wrong. My food’s always disgusting. My pop is always out. I don’t know why I keep coming back and then when I do decide to come back because I had a long day at work and just got off work to go get some food because you’re the only restaurant open and I get treated like I’m inconvenience to the Worker y’all need to start doing something different with your employees or just the food chain. After tonight they don't deserve 1 star but I had to do something to write this. We went through drive through and ordered the AllStar box with the double cheeseburger and chicken sandwich along with a fresh large curly fry. When we got to the window the girl opened the window rolled her eyes at me and rudely asked what did you order and shrugged her shoulders at me. I told her what we ordered and she said I have the double slider meal here and called her manager over. Her manager rudely said well we have the double slider meal here. I said I didn't order that for the 3rd time and they both were very rude and slammed the window in our faces. Sad they have to do that to customers who were paying for their food. Will not return ever until they know how to treat customers. I should call and argue about a free meal with how nasty we were treated but it wouldn't...

I'm writing this from the bottom of my heart in great gratitude for the employees of this location for saving my life and going above and beyond the call of duty, for saving my life in 2022 I died on their property and stay with me until I was revived by EMT's. With that and exceptional service and timely service great food and caring staff this is must stop and dine in Hardee's there ever was. They employees are hard working dedicated and professional as they come. I look forward to coming back to eat again. To those who know me thank them for me still being in your lives.
