Subway — Restaurant in Waterloo

The food was not the problem it was the service. You could clearly tell just by the look on the girls face that she did not want to be there. No greeting coming in the door, or even a I'll be right with you, either one would been better then nothing. The only words she said to me were, what can I get for you, cheese, $13.47, oh no I didn't yet, (I asked her of she got the drink too, as the cup is on the counter right next to the 2 bags of chips I also purchased) ,then she said that total and have a nice day. The end part startled me slightly. LOL. Now I don't know if the girl was going through something or she been working for so many days straight or just plain tired but a little more communication with me as a customer would have made that I don't wanna be here look she had on her face not even matter. If there's anything consistent about this place, it's that they consistently mess up your order. Especially if you order online.

They often make your food ahead of time, even if its scheduled for a specific pickup time, so your toasted sub will now be room temp or cold. This last time we ordered 2 footlong subs so we could save half for our lunches the next day, what we received was one footlong, the other was a 6" (coincidentally it was also a Number 6 so I'm guessing it was read incorrectly). I tried to submit a customer service claim online immediately and received no help and my claim was closed. So I paid for a product I didn't receive half of. I ordered subway through their app. When my dasher went to pick it up they were in contact with me. Subway said someone already picked up my order and I never got it. It took me calling them 15 times for subway to answer. I told them I never got the food and just forget it. I just want my money back. They told me to call doordash cause they have the money. I called doordash and they said they already transferred the money to subway. I called subway again and this time it took me calling over 30 times for someone to answer and it’s just a huge mess.
