Food is generally always good but the service is very spotty. I have been treated so rudely there by supervisors and especially the general manager and nothing is ever done. They are just allowed to act this way to people. You report it to corporate and nothing happens. It is ridiculous that they are allowed to act that way towards a paying customer. I ordered food today and AGAIN it was wrong and while talking to the GM, all she wanted to do was argue and insist she was right and tried to make me feel as though we did something wrong. same as last time. We are all human and make mistakes, just own up to it and make it right and all is good with the world. There is no excuse to make the customer feel like it is their fault when YOU messed up. I bet she expects things to be right when she goes to a restaurant or any retail location for that matter and if not she's probably rude then, too. I know it's my own fault for going back there after being treated this way before but I do like the tacos so it's hard not to...until today. decided to try Taco John for the first time today came to this location. First of all I ordered my food when they delivered our food to my table, mine and my sons they mixed up our burritos and I ended up with my sons instead of mine and had to go buy me another burrito and they didn’t even wanna offer to exchange it. I just bought another burrito. OK whatever . then before I even ordered the food to begin with, I had asked the boy if it was spicy the burrito that I ordered and he said he would say no. and I asked what’s on it tell me the ingredients on it but forgot to mention to me that there is chipotle sauce on there which chipotle is spicy I can’t eat chipotle chipotle makes me sick so needless to say, I was not able to eat my food and I was not gonna order another item and pay eight dollars for another burrito that I didn’t even know if I was gonna like to begin with because I had never eaten here before I don’t think I’ll be...

The food is usually greasy here and a little spicy, with not much flavor. Except for the Potato Ole's are usually soggy and limp, they're not crunchy the way they should be. They use too much salt. The drive thru and entrance are inconveniently placed, one must cross the drive-thru in order to go in the entrance. This place puts a customer at risk if they're not really paying attention going in or coming out of the restaurant, they could get hit by a car. Let alone if they have a young child who jerks away from their parent's grasp and ends up running across the drive-thru, the child could get hit bar a car. As far as the cold bar and drink bar those are usually very messy and not very full and not very cold either. Cleanliness: the tables are sometimes greasy or...
