Juliette's is a hidden gem, tucked away on Ticonic Street in the North End of Waterville. This place is always spotless and all food prep/cooking/baking areas are fully visible. Her baked goods are top notch and the sandwiches are the best in town. Super friendly staff and offering extensive menu choices which they will gladly alter to your liking. Everything is always fresh and super delish! During the summer you'll often see tomatoes from her garden ripening on the counters :p . There's no skimping either- the Italians and dagwoods are overflowing with delightful goodness. I love the chicken salad here: it's chicken and mayo, no funky relish or other weird mix-ins. If I could give this place a 6/5, I would. The owner is a wonderful, honest, friendly individual, and her staff are all hard workers and good at what they do. The baked goods are always fresh, delicious, and well priced. The sandwiches, pizzas, and grinders are all fresh and flavorful. The homemade bread really sets it apart from other places in the area. There is a great selection of beverages, chips, some canned goods, a few other necessities, and an ice cream cooler with quite a supply of frozen treats. Wow is this a hidden gem or what! I've lived in or have had family who have lived in Central Maine for over 15 years and never knew about this place until today! All the better!
