This review is for what the prices I've been paying for replacement coils and new pods for my geekvape H-45 now can you feel like you're taking care of your repeat customers like myself who spend up to at least 50 bucks each visit! I couldn't remember pricing and was sending my son to pick up forme so tried looking on your site for pricing was none so checked online pricing for the replacement coils and couldn't believe that I have been paying more than double for everything I've purchased for replacement coils and pods that's outrageous you'd do that to your customers makes me wonder what Mark Up you're making on everything else sold by Empire Vape ?? Never again will I ever buy replacements from EMPIRE VAPE again and people should look and see if what they've been purchasing has the same which is a 💯 % mark-up!! People who buy products from your store should check what the actual price you should be there like every other place I found them at under 10 dollars for the coils I just purchased from EMPIRE VAPE cost me over 23$ and been spending double each time for everything I bought there!! The people who work for EMPIRE VAPE WATERVILLE are nice and always helpful and great you with a smile and after finding out today about paying double for products there I now see how you can afford to have 4-5 people in there each time I've been in over the amount of time you've been in that location Waterville Maine so today will be the very last time I'll be wasting my hard earned money there!! And anyone who bothers reading reviews like I've learned to do on anything that should be put out there to new or existing customers!!! I'm sure won't get a response back about this ripoff pricing there but we'll see and anyone who reads this review will be able to see I got a response back from the owner like on the other reviews that have been left should be ashamed to run such a ripoff business that people don't know they've been probably paying like myself double for everything they've purchased from EMPIRE VAPE locations!!!! Employee doesn't even seem like he wants to work at all. He didn't even stand up out of his chair to help me look for what I was looking for. I will not go back Id rather drive to a different town for what I need than deal with the laziness and lack of professionalism again. I don't like to leave bad reviews on places but they deserve this review. I was very blown away by the attitude of the young kid in there. Also instead of helping me look for what I need or redirecting me when I told him specifically what I'm looking for he kept trying to sell me other stuff and I kept saying no thank you I'm all set. I'm set in my ways I'm looking for this specifically. After him trying over and over to sell me expensive stuff I did not want and I specifically told him this over and over. Then finally he's like well yeah we have that over here. felt like I was in a car dealership. He spoke to another employee that I believe he was supposed to be training all because he asked a question and the guy didn't want to have to get up to show him. My feet hurt blah blah blah. Sunday, Sept. 10, I purchased a new vape & pods. After arriving home and charging it, I quickly discovered this was not a good model for me due to how the pods are filled. I returned to the shop, forgetting that they close at 6 on Sundays.

On my way to work on Monday morning, I popped in, explained my dilemma, and asked if there was any way possible I could exchange it. I mentioned that I had no receipt and was told "no problem; I've already located your sale". I was fully prepared to purchase another XRos mini (awesome vape but unfortunately out of stock) but was incredibly and happily surprised that an even exchange was made for the vape (another Xros but full size with added features!) and pods! A few dollars more for the pods, but hey, I was one extremely pleased lady!

The staff at Empire are always super friendly and knowledgeable. Customer service like this is a rarity these days.
