Maurices — Local services in Waterville

Never been in a Maurice’s before but the airline lost my luggage so I had to replace some clothes and this was the closest place for me to walk to after two days of wearing the same thing. I came in looking like a bum (oversized sweater and leggings, no makeup)and the girls probably thought I wasn’t going to buy anything so they didn’t greet me, ask me if I needed help, or tell me about any of the deals going, only until I came with quite a bit of clothes at the register. It felt like that episode in Pretty Woman or Selena, where the associates treated the customer like trash cause the way she was dressed, only I did end up purchasing there cause I had no other choice and Walmart doesn’t have the best selection of clothes.

So 3 stars for not so good service until I was paying but good selection of clothes (I did find a great pair of pants) and decent prices. May stop in another Maurices in...

Love this place! I've been shopping here since it replaced Fashion Bug. I've never had anything less than an amazing experience every time I go in. The girls always know me by name and compliment me if I've changed my hair or lost some weight. They always know my style and help me shop. Always asking if I need help and go out of their way to get me any specific item I need whether from another store or online. Their clothing is always on-trend and great quality.
