So I work with people with wheelchairs and walkers and when we arrived there were plenty of parking spots available and instead this person who works at the facility, chose to park in the clearly white lines that are there for those with wheelchairs to be able to comfortably get out of vehicles without worrying about cars being too close. So I thought. Well, I took this picture, spoke with the manager who didn’t even apologize and knew it was one of her employees her parked there. The employee then proceeded to loudly complain they had to move their vehicle and said “did anyone even need it?” The manager who knew I was still standing there simply said “I’ll explain later” what? Do you can complain that we needed access? Still no apology and Yes, ma’am we did need that spot. Flash forward to when we left, already pretty infuriated by the lack of courtesy, I find that the person never moved their vehicle. I hope you learn something from this experience but considering you never took the time to actually care that you inconvenienced people because you think you’re entitled, I’m assuming you...

Keep in mind their had only been 3 cars ahead of me and the car at the drive up was just placing their order. So I went in and stood at the register while the person up got their to go mobile order. My turn came and they said their was no mobile order under my name. They were now serving lunch. Wanda who is very nice found my order but told me it was to late to fill it. She even talked to her manager who said their was nothing they could do and I would get a refund in 24 to 48 hours. So I didn't get my money back or any food. I loved going to the burger king on mms before they closed it. I can't stand the one on main st. in Waterville. I would rather drive to Augusta. You know they couldn't even replace with lunch items, I would have had to start a new order and pay again. I don't recommend this burger king. I use to go here as a kid it was...
Read moreSo I tried to order a 5 dollar mix and match for breakfast before the menu transitioned to lunch. I pre ordered it online and expected it to be done before I got there. Turns out when we arrived to pick up the order they claimed they stopped making the orders for breakfast so they no longer have the stuff to make it. The order was placed long enough before the deadline for breakfast to end. I thought that when you order online prior to your arrival it is suppose to be made when the order is placed. Unlike ordering through the drive through. I was under the impression that a preorder means you skip the line and your order is made when you send the request. That way you get there and you can grab the order and leave. We arrived to find our order hadn’t been made at all. It’s as if we ordered it and they decided to treat the order as if it was a drive through order. The people at this establishment did not do their job right and they were less than helpful when we arrive to pick up the order that was placed...
