McDonald's — Restaurant in Waterville

Just went thru the drive thru the new lady taking orders could do well to listen instead of guessing she switched my drinks around so they were all wrong sizes got to the pick up windows got my drinks you all should pick a size of drink that comes with the mcdouble/mcchicken meal for 5$ fist time med second small 3rd time med so what is it ? The guy pulled me to the rail waiting on mcchicken shortly after food came all good except no mcchicken ( the reason I was pulled in 1st place) missing my 3 sauces I also ordered a 10 piece and a 4 piece really should be checking things twice missing or incorrect items take all the convenience out of coming to you guys especially with car full of kids I have to either Waite in drive thru again or bring everyone in together to get what I paid for this happens all to often at this location and most others where is your integrity and pride in work yes maybe be just mcdonalds but that...

They recently changed new owners and it is terrible. No matter if you get one item or 5 they will mess it up. For.roughky 2 weeks now (7/11/22) I have been attempimg to order a big Mac meal and mcchicken I have yet to receive these items. I went last night attempting to order the same meal left and figured out I had spicy nuggets and a mcdouble. I called and they said oh no problem come in today and we will fix it. So I went back about 20 mins ago spoke with the older female manager she was rude laughed and said I don't know what to tell you I was the only female here last night and I don't remember talking to anyone I'm not fixing it. She wouldn't look at my phone to prove there was a 5 min 32 second phone call to their store that took place last night nor would she look at my receipt from the original purchase. Just stopped here on my way home from work. I do semi-regularly. The wait was long without any movement, fine I guess. I asked for a specific type of pie and was told they were temporarily discontinued for the seasonal pie, I said "That's fine, do you have any of those?" They told me that they did, and so I ordered two alongside my sandwich with no pickles and 10 piece nugget with sweet and sour sauce. 10 minutes later when I get to the window to pay, I'm told there are no pies left, which is probably the third time this has happened to me, except I started asking them to check before I order to prevent this problem, anyway I tell them its fine again and just pay for the remainder of my order and leave, to find out they only gave me one sauce for my 10 piece as well.
