Jittery Joe's Coffee — Restaurant in Watkinsville

I WAS a regular customer for morning coffee at this location but after today I will not be back! A curly red haired girl employee was extremely rude to me in the drive through line this morning. The car in front of me was a sedan and sat lower than my car which is a large suv, this particular jittery joes has a credit card iPad type device on a retractable arm outside the window. Since the previous vehicle was lower than mine I had to reach far out to be able to pull the iPad and retractable arm towards my car so I could pay for my coffee. The iPad popped out of the holder which wasn’t very secure in the first place, but no worries I placed it right back in and waited for my coffee. I could hear the girl behind the window talking trash about me and saying that she couldn’t believe I pulled the iPad out and just basically being snarky but it’s mirror tint on the drive through window so I couldn’t see her but I heard her. After she finally opened the window to pass my drinks she said “for future reference DO NOT pull our iPad out of the holder” I told her I did not pull it out, it fell out as I was pulling the retractable arm towards my car. She continued to be rude and acted like I did it on purpose…..I told her “thanks for the reprimand but we will NOT be back! She just stared me down and rolled her eyes! I’ve come to this location 3 times while visiting family and I have gotten the wrong order 2/3 times. (Ordered an iced chai latte and received a hot oatmilk latte?) the third time I ordered two pieces of zucchini bread and I got TWO end pieces (pic for proof). Okay, I can understand giving the end piece if it’s the end of the day and there are no other pieces, I still would have been disappointed and maybe even expected a discount- but TWO end pieces? In the middle of the day? With no warning and no discount? I’ve decided to stop coming here so that I’ll stop wasting money on things I don’t want. But I have always been a jittery joes fan. I think if these employees were being paid more hourly they wouldn't treat me so poorly. I tip when I go there, and still at least two employees look like they hate me for going in. I used to be a regular, but now only go when I'm out of my own coffee. They're slammed busy because the drinks are delicious and fast, I just wish I didn't feel like I was a burden just by entering the premises. 2 drinks for $14 before tip?

I hope the employees are being paid $20/hr because both came out in under 5 minutes and were delicious. I'm not upset by the prices, I just hope JJ isn't shafting these guys like I was when I worked at a busy coffee shop. 60% of employees...
