Cassidy's Pizza — Restaurant in Watsonville

Okay, literally what happened isn't anything I would want to repeat on purpose. It was an 80-degree Summer day and a friend and I were walking around without a nickel in our pockets and I went into Cassidy's Pizza to use the restroom. They said as coldly as they could that they didn't have public restrooms. I asked if I could have a cup of water and they said it was ten cents. I said I didn't have any money and they grudgingly said I could have water after all and to take it out of the lemon-lime spigot on the soda fountain. But I didn't know how to do it right and got a cup of lemon-lime and they said "Hey! Come back here!" But we kept walking on out because there was no way to give the soda back. So all Summer long we were joking about how we should go back and get free lemon-lime someday, but we never did. Honestly, I would never buy anything from a place that had treated me so accusingly from the moment we walked...

This has always been mine and my family's go to for pizza, but as of recently they have truly been disappointing. On one occasion they baked parchment paper into our cheese pizza. On the most recent time, they told me 40-50 minutes for delivery and when that time was up I called. They stated the young man made a mistake and that it was actually an hour but that the driver was on his way as of 34 minutes ago. They said if it did not arrive within 20 minutes to call back. 24 minutes later and still no pizza. I called and they stated that the driver delivered the pizza and that a gentleman received it and walked inside. I know this to be a lie, I did not receive anything and my camera showed nothing as proof I had not received them. They they just apologized saying they could offer a $3 dollar discount and remake them after a 2 hour wait at this point. I truly have no words with how awful their customer...

Best pizza in town!! I know people who will drive from Hollister and Morgan Hill for this pizza. It NEVER disappoints, my favorite is the Veggie delight, it is the best veggie pizza I have had anywhere! I just wish they would add a cauliflower crust option since my honey has what I'm sure is a gluten allergy. The garlic twist is the best!! So cheesy and crunchy! This place is worth every cent. I don't personally find this place to be expensive, i have never had a skimpy pizza, they seriously pack on the toppings, I always end up with a grip of toppings that fall off so I get extra bonus bites of veggies and cheese. If you find this place expensive, just go to Little Ceasars and I'm so sorry you don't know quality food. I'm picky and I won't ever not love this place, I have yet to be disappointed.
