Was a fan for a long time, and then it seems it was likely sold out to a PE firm. You can not contact corporate at all. If you try socials, it's unanswered.
The tea went from Numi (high quality, good tea) to some other brand (terrible quality, but it did the job most mornings). Then the service went downhill, common for orders to just bad wildly inaccurate like some terrible knockoff AI is translating my order.
It was manageable until this morning. My order is mostly the same, black tea, cookie or some breakfast sandwich. After about 12 minutes or waiting, was my time to pay and get my order. Price was wrong, which immediately raised an eyebrow, but maybe something went up? I was handed the cookie (alright), then I was handed some red iced drink (woah, not my order, but I'm feeling adventurous, so I'll give it a try). This thing tasted like Pepto Bismol, and a cheap wine had a baby, then someone decided to add a ton of sugar (was counting on the cookie giving me my sugar rush, not my drink). Yuck, not it. After 2 tries, trash it goes. Onto this cookie I've dreamed about, finally... Open it, and it's moldy. How old does it have to be to have mold!? Since when do cookies grow mold!? To the trash that goes. $9 thrown away. But that's the last $9 Scooters will EVER get from me and whoever owns the brand now.

I was going to use cash to partially pay for my order and they tried taking it as a tip, then they said it wasn't possible to add the cash to my payment since it'd been "processed" already even though I used a credit card and thats simply not how it works. when my order was wrong on top of that they argued that it was right and refused to refund still. I'll just be calling my credit card company to get my money back, and likely never spending...
