It started out quite dicey! We were greeted by the owner with a horrible attitude - First of all, we brought in a packaged gift of candies with a balloon that said “Happy Birthday”. I understand there is a policy that is no food from outside, we are respectful - when I saw the sign, I immediately took my Starbucks outside and put it in the garbage. Rather than politely reinforce the rule, she was condescending to both my husband and myself. Then when she realized it was a birthday party, she asked “well how many of you will there be?” (with attitude) and we responded with 11. She mumbled, but loud enough for us to hear “well that would have been nice to know.” Ummm... you’re kidding me right?! There were 6 open lanes the entire time we were there, we spent well over $400 as a group on food, arcade games and bowling. They weren’t busy at all.

The place was clean and we enjoyed the bowling. I wouldn’t recommend engaging with the owner. We all have bad days, but this was unacceptable for the owner. No wonder there are reviews primarily about the unfriendly staff - starts with the top.

There were two individuals that redeemed this from a 1 Star - Cameron (sorry if I spelled your name wrong) and the chef. They were polite...

I brought my nanny kids here to bowl on Wednesday, August 14th. We have been here many times this summer to bowl. Each time, all of the girls have been allowed to use bumpers. Today, when we asked for bumpers, we were told you had to be under 10 to use them which was new information to us. The oldest of the girls is 11, and does not bowl often, so she needs bumpers to even have fun playing or every ball will be a gutter ball. After the first game with no bumpers and multiple gutter balls, I asked the man at the front if we could please use bumpers. He looked at me and in a very condescending way said, “This will be the last time. hasn’t anyone ever told her she needs to learn how to bowl without bumpers.” This is not a professional bowling league. It’s a fun activity for children to do. This was very uncalled for. I did not catch the man at the front’s name, but he was wearing a black hoodie...

We planned my three year old son's birthday party here. I called ahead to pre order snacks for the kids and they told me that they would let me bring my own in since it was little kids and they didn't want to have to make me pay for a bunch of food. That was nice. However, half way through the party the manager came over to me and told me rudely that we weren't supposed to bring in outside food. I told her that when I called they said it was ok. She gave me a dirty look and walked away and said she would talk to her staff. They also wouldn't let us have water for the kids by the lanes. But others could drink beer by the lanes? At the end of the party they wouldn't give us our deposit back because we brought outside food in. So instead of me just ordering food like I tried to do when I called, they wouldn't give us our deposit. Extremely poor customer service. I will not...
