Dunkin' — Restaurant in Waukegan

I NEVER KNEW A BUSINESS THAT WILL DO WRONG TO THE SAME CUSTOMER OVER AND OVER...WHAT R THE ODDS...AND THEY JACKED ME SAYING IF I WANTED A FREE LARGE ICE CARAMEL COFFEE AND THEY ADDED IT TO MY ORDER AND CHARGED ME...THATS NOT THE FIRST TIME! I WENT TO THE DRIVE THRU AND MADE IT EASY FOR THEM..I ORDERED 2 VANILLA LONG JOHNS...BY THE TIME I GOT TO THE WINDOW...I WAS WAITING 20 MINUTES AND PPL WERE BEHIND ME...TELL WHY THESE STUPID ASS PPL THAT WORK THERE!! WAS CHARGING ME FOR AN ORDER THAT WASNT MINE... I TOLD THEM..U GUYS MADE ME WAIT FOR 20 MINUTES FOR 2 VANILLA LONG. JOHNS THAT ARE NOT EVEN READY...I DROVE OFF...HAD TO GO TO THE NORTH CHICAGO DD...WAS OUT OF THERE IN LESS THEN 5 MINUTES...THERE WAS ANOTHER TIME I WENT AND ASKED FOR 2 VANILLA BEANS ALL I GOT WAS A CUP OF DIABETES ...NOTHING BUT SYRUP!!... Another time i went thru the drive thru and order and i wanted to add something...which they have always a long wait...and they make u repeat ur order like there register is broken...and the idiot in the window said...he cant add anything else i would have to go around...again..i was like really!!!.. I REALL NEED TO KNOW HOW OWNS THIS DD...CAUSE THIS IS EVERYTIME...THEY HORSE AROUND...AND NEVER GET ONE ORDER...

The other day I came inside to order and could tell they were understaffed, so I tried to be more understanding. However it took over 5 minutes just for them to take my order of coffee and 2 sandwiches, and another 5 minutes of waiting because there were people behind me that still had to order. Then I was told they just ran out of the bread that usually comes with the sandwiches I ordered and had to wait even LONGER for them to make them with the different bread. I think I had been there for a good 20 minutes total for literally 3 items, and everyone else behind me who had ordered were already gone by then. A worker apologized to me for the wait and offered me something for free but honestly they shouldn't have blatantly skipped my order for last in the first place. Doesn't matter if you don't have enough people working, you don't just get to pick which orders you want to do first because they're easier. If you really want Dunkin but don't have a lot of time to spare then go to...

Family decided to go to Dunkin after church. Originally we went to the Dunkin closer to our house that is on N. Lewis. Customer service was horrible there so we left and came to this one. We were greeted when we came in, and the food was delicious. I only put three stars for service because the lady that attended us was slow. Physically slow. So slow that my daughter who is 11 was saying watching her was like she was in slow motion. Like, her movements were very slow, so that you kinda understand what I'm mean. I'm not sure if she is maybe developmentally delayed, and if she is,she was amazing. Or maybe she didn't have coffee yet. Not sure. It's like it took her a moment to register what was being said. At any rate, other than that, (and that wasn't that bad, really) definitely 5 stars...
