McDonald's — Restaurant in Waunakee

I should have read the reviews before we stopped. I did a mobile curbside order and picked my spot number (2). Waited 20 min with no food, and the drive through had cleared. I went in to check what was going on. Stood at the register for a good 5 minutes before anyone came up to see me. Asked the guy about our order, the guy looked confused about a curbside order, but went to check and my food was sitting there and had been for awhile based on the temp. He said something about there being no confirmation that we were there, so they didn't run it out, but thinking back on it, I don't understand why they would put together the order if there was no confirmation and then let it sit there for 20 min. He then mentioned that he'd freshen my fries for me, which I appreciated, but then he ultimately didn't and just handed me the bag of cold food which I found odd--like why say anything if you weren't going to bother? We were starving at that point, so we took it and left. Conveniently, there was no receipt on the bag for me to review through McDonald's. I'm surprised their app doesn't have an option (or maybe I missed it). It's not the first time we've had questionable service there, and we probably won't be...

Please do not come here if you dont want your time wasted. Staff would even glance at you as you stand up front waiting for your order, instead you will wait until they feel like it. Once you order, staff with little knowledge of English will ask what you want, ask you to repeat yourself, and end up getting it wrong anyways. I ordered a dine in for a large mccrispy meal, I got a medium despite specifying large. The staff then gave me a number and made me wait, after 10 minutes I go to the front, wait once again for a staff member to assist me, and have them not understand when I ask them where my mccrispy is, after 5 minutes they "find" it, and its in a Togo bag that just sat in an out of view place. Once I get my mccrispy, I notice there are zero condiments of any sort, which isn't acceptable especially after enduring sub sub substandard service from inept employees who will not give a care about whether or not you get 'service', or how long you wait to get it.

This McDonald's used to be great, staffing nowadays though brought in employees that genuinely dont care the tiniest bit about...

This place looks run down inside and not inviting. I ordered drive through and got 2 mcdoubles and the new crispy chicken strips meal. Order to window was fast but then they made me pull into a stall. Others had the same thing happen ahead of me. Then after 6ish minutes they brought out my food... except it wasn't my food. I had a different order. I then had to go inside and no one was in the front to take orders. Granted it was 8:45pm but still. I had to yell really loudly "excuse me" to get their attention. Then I said you gave me the wrong food. A manager person asked me what my order was. I told him. He asked if I had a chocolate chip frappe. I said no. I tried to tell him my order again and he turned around and ignored me while helping the other worker sort out orders. Then he asked me what my order was again. I told him a second time. Then he finally got my food and I asked are you sure this is all here and correct? He said yes and it was. But this was a very inconvenient occurrence. And it felt like no one was listening...
