Ordered two sandwiches and 3 cookies through an online order tonight. My daughter ran to pick it up and didn't check the bag before leaving (yep our fault) got home to find out no cookies. No big deal, stuff happens I am reasonable person. I call the store directly to let them know and see if they can take down my name so next time I order I can pick up cookies then. Young man told me they cannot but if I drive all the way back he will give me 4 cookies. That makes no sense. Ordered subs through the app and went to the store 20 minutes after ordering and once the app said it was ready. Walked into the store to 1 employee working the front line and one sitting on the counter in the back. No subs ready at the rack for pickup and finally after standing in the lobby for 10 minutes they finally ask me if I’m here for a pickup order and then they finally start my order. I had the worst experience this afternoon. I tried to pay for my sandwich using my credit card. The cashier tried to put it through a few times. She kept saying it was denied. She very rudely asked for me name and number and told me to come back and pay for the sandwich because there was a line. I called my credit card company to ask what happened and they said it went through but she kept declining it. I called to tell the manager what happened. He just said "OK".
