LT Club — Restaurant in Wausau

I am highly disappointed in the service, mainly the long greasy hair bartender. Had to wait over an hour for food after we were told it would be 20 minutes. My husband was treated horrible, was questioned if we even placed an order & was ignored until the bartender went in the kitchen & found the ticket with our order than the bartender acted like it was a huge chore to write down the order again & made my husband wait again for another 45 minutes for our food. Again completely ignored my husband & i watched as multiple customers walked out for the same exact reason. No apology, no it was an honest mistake. Just extremely rude & i will NOT be ordering from here again, which is sad because i enjoy the food. The bathrooms need serious remodeling for guests attending an event upstairs. Chicken and beef tips were chewy and rewarmed. Seven layer salad was dry. Mashed potatoes, green beans, and gravy arrived 10 minutes after the meat. It was a disorganized chaos of young kids hired by LT to serve who practiced their serving skills or lack of on us.

Family tables were left running out of food running out of juice running out of butter running out of everything. They were more interested in clearing off tables that were empty than serving us as guests.

They took the leftover food and wanted to resell it on an upcoming Wednesday at their restaurant. Instead, my brother asked them to pack it up so he could take it home for his extended family.

When you go there the bartenders are very nice the place is clean. The only problem is the DJ for karaoke on Thursday Friday and Saturday night she is a very unprofessional. My daughter hired her to do her wedding and she totally ruined it. The DJ came to my daughter's wedding with rented equipment that she was very unfamiliar with, the DJ could not get her laptop to hook up to the equipment she rented. She couldn't play any songs and we sat there for 2 hours with no music. But thanks for the wedding coordinator she found a person who had a system and my nephew was able to hook his iPhone up to his equipment and...
