I had an amazing experience using Wausau Computer Services. I am not a computer-savvy person by any means, but I knew something was wrong with my computer when it went unresponsive and sent out a wisp of smoke when I tried turning it back on. I took it to Wausau Computer Services and got it back a few days later. He checked over the computer first and confirmed that the hardware was just fine. He did his thing, and it is running smooth again! Not only was the work fast and affordable, but it was honest. He could have easily told me that this would be a big fix and would have needed new hardware and hours to install it, but instead he did right by his customer and did the cheap and easy fix that the computer actually needed. My computer's hard drive crashed two weeks ago and Wausau Computer Services was open on Sunday. Vang found that to hard crashed and we had loads of pictures and documents that would be lost. Vang worked on it and by Thursday he retrieved everything. He told up front what the cost would and he did an amazing job. Computer is so fast and we're very happy with the results. I tried to install new RAM on my own and something went wrong with the bios settings and I couldn't change them. I called Wausau Computer Services, was able to get an appointment, drop my pc off and describe the problem all within an hour. They knew exactly what needed to be done, fixed it fast and explained what the issue was!
