A fast, friendly, clean place to eat. In fact one of the employees who was a maintenance, a cute enthusiastic girl who surprised me when she said she was the maintenance person, she helped me out one day when I was on the side of the road with a flat tire. She stopped to help me change my tire on her way to work resulting in her being late to work that morning ...I insisted that she go so as to not be late and she said she could not leave a person in need especially a recent customer. I didn't understand what she meant and told her as such. I was shocked to find out that she remembered who I was from. The manger at McDonald's on Campus Drive is really rude and argumentative. They took forever over 30 minutes to prepare the food. I went to go outside to get something out of my car, and instead of continuing to prepare the meal, she followed me outside starts yelling, "Don't leave. Your order is ready." I said not leaving going to car. Came back in, and she still didn't have order ready. I was walking out the door again she says here is the order gives me two bags as I walked out the door she walks back out and yells to me I forgot a bag and took it back into the store instead of handing it to me outside she puts it back on the counter. Made me walk back into the store to get it. I asked why she was acting this way? she said she is understaffed. I completely understand why she is. She is out of control. Worst experience in customer service I have ever seen. The manager named Angel was horrible. She was screaming yelling and belittling her employees. I have personally had and dealt with food and customers for a few years myself and this was so absurd I almost started to record. It was that bad. The manager went as low offering free fries because she knew she messed up. I declined that and she gave away free fries and a burger. Doing this is also losing your company money.
