Treu’s Tic Toc — Restaurant in Wausau

Any other day I would rate this between 4 or a 5, but the server there tonight was beyond disrespectful. I totally understand being short handed, I'm a retail manager, I get it. However, there is a way you talk to your paying customers, after all they are your paycheck. We waited over a half hour just for a drink (that we never got) and eventually left due to her not even attempting to serve us. She informed me that she was the only one after 15 minutes, but didn't communicate that she would be with us soon or anything. After a bit, a friend of mind said, "she would like to place an order when you have a moment". Her reply was, I have seen you standing there for the past 10 minutes with a menu in your hand, with a cocky attitude. Again. I understand being shorted handed, but is the snarky attitude really needed? We waited a bit longer but she continued serving other customers and totally ignored us. I told my friend that we were going to leave and I'd happly spend my money somewhere else. Which we did. Honestly, the next time I come back, I will turn right around and leave if she's working. Went there for dinner about a week ago and walked in and sat at a table near the bar. There was maybe 10 people at the bar and two bartenders working. No one came to the table which I figured is maybe how they do things so after about 10 minutes I went up to the bar to order. I was completely ignored while standing up there for over 10 minutes when neither bartender was waiting on anybody. They were talking to other customers and looked at me directly numerous times. Even the other customers seemed rude and everybody was looking at us like we didn't belong there.
