I was absolutely thrilled with my entire experience! I called to order a corsage and boutonniere for my daughter's baby shower. I spoke with the owner ( I forgot her name) But she was so kind and helpful! I described what I wanted and even asked for little pacifiers to be included and she said that was no problem! The baby shower was on a Sunday right after New Years Day. The owner went out of her way for us to be able to them pick up even though they'd be closed for the holiday! The corsage was absolutely perfect! It had little baby roses, carnations and baby's breath with ribbons dangling down that had little pink pacifiers, clothes pins and teddy bears hanging from them and the boutonniere matched perfectly to the corsage! I was so happy with everything and my daughter ended up wearing a beautiful baby pink flowing dress and it looked like the corsage was made with that dress in mind! Turned out beautifully! I will definitely be shopping with them again! Thank you so much for everything! It was much...
Read moreIn June I went to Floral Creations for two bouquets for a courthouse wedding. I showed them a picture of the bouqet I wanted for my witness. I also asked that mine be slightly larger, and if they could incorporate black into it. The woman we spoke with said they could add black ribbon streamers with rosebuds at the ends. I called a few days later to ask for a floral headpiece to be added to the order.
When the order was picked up by my witness, there was no streamers. The base was rapped with black lace instead. The headpiece had rose buds, and another flower which was also in the bouquet. The bouquet was also not in the base which I was shown when I ordered it.
I was charged 50.00 for the headpiece, the same price as my bouquet. I was very dissapointed with the entire purchase. Within a couple hours flowers were falling out of the bouquets. Thankfully they at least lasted through the wedding. It was certainly not worth the money I...
Read moreThis is an unprofessional business. I requested for yellow tulips wrapped with brown paper. They lost my number, so they were unable to communicate that they did not have them in stock. They instead went ahead and ordered yellow parrot tulips. When I picked up the flowers, they were wrapped with ripped up brown construction paper. On top of the nasty ripped edges, they used staples to secure the construction paper. I expressed my frustration due to the fact that I spent $70 on tulips I could have easily bought from Whole Foods for $7 without the horrific wrapping paper. They had the audacity to tell me that they did not charge me extra for the parrot tulips. First of all, I never asked for these, and second of all, it is not my fault your employee lost my number. I did not receive a refund when I should have. After this horrible experience, I think I will stick to Minnesota florists as I have never had this happen...
