Iâd recommend avoiding this hostile environment entirely unless you come prepared with a detailed itinerary to share with the parking lot enforcer they hired. Heâll chase you down as soon as you leave your vehicle to make sure youâre planning to buy something from one of their businesses within one hour. If not, heâll tell you to move your car immediately and threaten to have it towed.
So hereâs my advice: if youâre planning to visit a business within walking distance and grab some Qdoba for home, youâd better pick up the Qdoba first and then head to your second destination while your food sits in the car getting cold. Otherwise, youâll be accused of trespassing and blamed for costing the plaza hundreds of dollars in imaginary lost revenue, even if youâre a paying customer.
This area actively discourages people from patronizing the businesses itâs supposedly protecting. Spend your money somewhere that doesnât treat its customers like criminals.
EDIT: I'm not going to remove this review because guests have a right to know that an unidentified man is hovering around their cars and recording their license plate numbers in your parking lot. This raises serious questions about safety, privacy, and the overall comfort of visiting...
Read moreStoped by to pick up a loaf of sourdough bread. As anyone who has visited this location knows, the back of the operation is open to a window seen by the parking lot. As my son went in to pick up the bread I sat in the car and waited and could see directly in to one of the employees handling and cutting dough with a mask hanging from his ear and not on his face. I called the corporate office and was told that this was owned by a private individual and that they would have him call me but there was nothing they could do. It has been two days there has been no phone call I have called back to the store and the woman who answered the phone had no idea who I needed to speak to. We are in the middle of a pandemic and these people are preparing food to sell. It is completely unacceptable and unconscionable for them to not be wearing the protection.... interesting to note, they require customers to wear as they entered the store. I agree they make wonderful and delicious bread but there's no way I would walk back in there what place after seeing what I saw. Furthermore for the management to not even take the time to return my call and address my concerns is even more reprehensible. Breadsmith, Wauwatosa deserves...
Read moreThe variety in this particular Bakery is very limited compared to other Breasmiths that I have visited. I received a flyer announcing a limited edition Cherry Brownie to be released on 02/13/2020. But I went to this particular store and was told that they didn't have them and they rarely ever do much of with cherries. I went on to ask it all of the Breasmiths had the same menu and was told yes. She did not offer to call any of the other bakeries to inquire. So when I returned home and I checked my email and there was the fiyer from the other Breasmith. People need to learn their job and how to take the extra step to satisfy...
