Hadn't had Papa Murphy's in a long time. A few weeks ago, I ordered a Large Pizza and cheesy bread. Came in right on time to pick up the food. I'm going to nitpick. The store was an absolute mess, the two teenagers weren't wearing any Headwear(hairnets, cap, visor) which is a food hazard. Had no food safety training as they'd touch dirty surfaces like their faces, hair, and such. Perhaps they were busy, but I was the only one there, at 4:30.... until 1 lady came in after me. Stated I was there for my pickup, was told, "Oh okay, we've got that right here. Just needs a few more things. Do you want me to finish that for you?" Again nitpicking, but yes... why wouldn't I want that to be finished... waited patiently, and after 15 minutes, I received the pizza! No crazy bread, for I was told that they didn't have any. As they also told another lady who came in after me that they were out of: Large sizes, Breads, Medium sizes. I told them, "Oh... okay, am I able to get a refund for that? If that's alright?" The two teenagers said, "Yeah, we can do that." I waited a little bit more before they told me, "You don't have to do anything, we'll put the refund through." That is the main reason for me making this long comment, I work in foodservice, so I'm a very patient and understanding person with the food industry in general. WHERE IS MY REFUND? I JUST WANT MY MONEY BACK. IT SEEMS LIKE A LOT OF THE OTHER CUSTOMERS DO TOO! I really doubt I'll get that money back. Also, should really try not to get anyone sick with your poor...
Read moreThis location has really gone downhill over the last year. I’m sure the poor teenagers who work here are woefully understaffed, under resourced, and underpaid. This is a completely separate and very problematic issue. We’ve for the most part avoided this location for repeat minor issues, but decided to pickup here tonight because we were running an errand in the Tosa Village. We ordered two pizzas online. One had bacon instead of Canadian bacon. An honest mistake, maybe. The other, a Chicken Garlic Pizza was just… not right. We got regular crust instead of the thin we ordered. The pizza had double or triple the amount of cheese it normally does, an erratically and irregularly sized array of sliced green onion, and instead of garlic sauce, the pizza was covered in enough diced garlic to boost your immune system and make a vampire weep and run. It was as if someone who had never made a pizza before and received next to no training was tasked with making our order and did the best they could to wing it, but it did not work out. I hate that situation for them & hope they can find a better job. We definitely, definitely...

So, like, picture this: a piping hot pizza pie straight out of the oven, with ooey-gooey cheese stretchin' for miles. And toppings? Oh, we're talkin' pepperoni!
First bite? Totally tubular! The crust has that perfect crunch on the outside, but it's chewy on the inside, just the way the turtles like it. And the sauce? It's like a flavor explosion in your mouth, dude!
But here's the real kicker: the cheese! It's so melty and gooey, you can't help but do a little happy dance with every bite. It's like a cheese lover's dream come true!
Overall, this pizza gets a solid 10 out of 10 from this ninja turtle. Whether you're battling evil ninjas or just kickin' back in the sewers with your bros, this pizza is totally radical! Now, who's up for seconds?
So, if you want to feel like a Ninja Turtle, skate your way down to your local Papa Murphy's and grab a pie, you won't regret it. But, you don't have to take my...
