I had the 1/3 lb grass fed beef burger, wheat bun, and sweet potato tots on the side. Great burger that is the size burgers should be, not overly fatty and good flavor. Crispy lettuce, juicy flavorful tomato, crunchy onion slices and not too much mayo on a fresh wheat bun. Only downside is the fountain drink selection is underwhelming. Very good and pleasant service in a nice quiet atmosphere. Those reading this for a review of the Health/Grocery store should know that I do shop here for items not found elsewhere as some items are in my opinion, over priced. For example, 5 gallon glass bottles of Mountain Valley Spring Water, Bubbies Pickles, some of the Matt's Orange Juice Varieties, among some other things I've not found in Waxahachie. The vitamins/minerals/etc., while a good selection are a hit and miss for price, a bottle of 180 cap Mercola Liposomal Vitamin C at the time of this review is $10 over the price found elsewhere, some items priced within a dollar of elsewhere. If price considerations are important, be sure to compare. I like Ann's, but they will have more competition when Sprouts comes to Waxahachie. Pardon the long post. Cheers.

This was my first visit to Ann’s Health Food and it was a great experience. I was greeted when I walked into the store by the young ladies at the front. I was looking for some specific things and asked one of the ladies if they knew of any particular brands that I could try. She was so sweet to come over and help me sort through the differences between each one of the items. I like that there were various options to choose from that I would ordinarily not find in a regular store. The prices are a little higher but I think they were worth it for what I purchased. I will visit this location again.

Visiting a family member here in Waxahachie and let me just tell you… Anne’s is a God send!! Their cafe is so delicious. I got the black bean burger and it was phenomenal. Highly highly recommend.

One star for cafe here! The store a two star. Really awkward from the minute I walked in the store. The nicest people were probably the one handing out samples of coffee, which I should have not turned down. Lady taking order at Cafe was rude and didn’t say hi,but continues her conversation with someone else as I sat there confused of what I should order with people behind me waiting. I asked about the juices and she wasn’t helpful at all, so of course I just picked one and it was the worst $9 I ever spent. When the small cup was put on counter, I grabbed it and noticed it leaking and then this red juice just kept leaking from the top of the cup as if the lid didn’t fit, so I should have just thrown it away as soon as I tasted it, but I thought maybe if i give this juice a good stir, big mistake and as soon as I arrived at my next destination, I threw it away and my hands stunk all afternoon from it,even after I washed them again and again. It would have been nice for her to let me know the one I ordered was so hot and instead she was quick to make a dollar and never have a potential customer again. I did buy a few things from the market, the carrots were rotten and I didn’t even notice till I got home, I threw them away as well. So a good $15 overall wasted from this establishment and a bad review is all I received from it. To think I drove by it everyday and will never waste my...

The WORST customer service ever. I went to this location today because I was going to visit a friend in Waxahachie. The store wasn't crowded. No one greeted me when I walked in, the ladies behind the counter continued talking to each other. I walk around for about 10 minutes unable to find one of the items I was looking for, I walked over to the lady behind the counter who was just standing there and ask if she worked there, she said "Yea". I asked about the item. In a non-customer service tone she replied "I don't sell that, you can look online". I then stated oh, my friend purchased it at the Ann's on Zang. In a dry tone she said "well". I put the item I had in the basket back on shelve and walked out. I give young folk in customer service roles the benefit of the doubt, assuming they need to be taught what good customer service is....but this was an older woman. Maybe it was the color of my dark skin, maybe it was the appropriate attire I had on. Whatever it was I'll NEVER return. I'm sure nothing will happen to her, and people will continue to shop there a but I will NOT. I'm also sure the owner will not have a response like with the positive reviews. I'll keep my money at the Zang location where customer...

You'll never go to HEB again! Okay, maybe a slight exaggeration, but you probably won't want to. Love me some Anne's! Admittedly we are a bit spoiled on health food stores visiting from Austin where there's 4 of them per zip code, but honestly Anne's selection is super impressive and significantly changes every time we go there (for the better!)

They carry things we have to go to specific stores for in Austin (and do!).. the deli is ON POINT. I would drive there from Austin for one of those breakfast sammies at the drop of a hat I am telling you. If you haven't had one of those sandwiches and you love in Waxahachie, I want you to hit that navigate button right now. Go ahead, I'll wait. Oh yeah this is a review, so I won't actually wait. But you get the idea.

Oh, and I know some people think health food is expensive, so let me just say that the prices there are generally BETTER than any store in Austin (seriously) AND remember, you can either pay it now or to a doctor in 10 years. I respect your choice either way, because every day is a blessing and tomorrow us never guaranteed, BUT good food makes today better, and that means if we wake up tomorrow, it might be a little better...
