Abby really is outstanding with her cheerful greeting absolutely love how bubbly her personality is 😊 she honestly made my birthday drink fun and you can see it was put together with so much love thank you so much!! & We had the pleasure of ordering again & Miss Julissa helped service us she is very knowledgeable answering all my husband's questions about the drinks. Lol She even helped pick a fun strawberry lemonade shine drink my daughter enjoyed very much. Thank you so much Dutch Bros. Keep up the great work! We will be back!

Update: Still the best coffee! Their SF chocolate covered strawberry mocha with protein milk, is amazing! A complete delight for the taste buds. Best coffee and company! They give back to the local community, raise money for ALS research, and support our first responders and military...unlike other coffee chains. I won't give my hard earned money to any other coffee business. Update: The sweet girls taking my order picked wildflowers and gave them to me and wished me an early Mother's Day!❤️ Waxahachie, TX Dutch, is amazing!

Coming from San Antonio we decide to stop here, because of course we loved, and we order a medium and large Hyper Chrome, the only thing is I don’t know if because is different city, but usually we get bigger cups with the size we always ask for example the Large is about 32oz and here we get 24oz, but same quality and flavor.

I’m from Oregon where I have three Dutch locations in my home town and I love the atmosphere Dutch gives out but the employees at the Waxahachie location are a little too much. We had a young girl taking our order singing and dancing around which felt unprofessional. Another time, a girl rushed over and yelled out how beautiful I was which felt fake since I was wearing sunglasses:) haha I’m all for friendliness and I know Dutch strives to have that but it just seems fake and overbearing with a lot of the employee especially the teenagers. I got very familiar with my home town locations so it was normal for them to be super outgoing and on a first name basis but when I’ve never met you, it’s awkward when you’re called bestie. It’s also tough to take them serious when they don’t get your order right and seem to be focusing too hard on getting a tip instead of serving us the...

We have been waiting for Dutch bros to come to Waxahachie since we found them in CO in 2019!!! None of the nearby locations have been as good as CO but THIS one 😍😍😍😍 man oh man. I got the Double Torture Blended Freeze and it was AMAZING. The app is very helpful for rewards, menu items, and is user friendly. AJ and Delaney were VERY professional and there was a girl training people and she was super knowledgeable!! The worst Dutch Brothers I have been to. Their drive thru entrance is behind the building and has no sign telling you not to enter in the front where you will immediately get stuck and will need to put your car in reverse because the parking lot just ends. Also sat in line for 20 minutes for my drink that had to be remade because they put in the order wrong and decided to add sugar to my energy drink when I never asked for it. Slow service, terrible location and layout, and finally got my drink but by that point it wasn't worth it. Wouldn't recommend...
