My family and I used to love this place and always recommend going here until yesterday. We received the worst service that I've ever had. It was my husband, my 2 year old, and myself. We sat a table and were asked what we wanted to drink. My husband ordered his, then I ordered mine, and as soon as I was about to tell her what my child wanted to drink she started to walk away, so I told her wait there's one more. Well she came back with only mine and my husband's drink and not my child's. so I reminded her once again about my child's drink. she brings back a styrofoam cup without a lid. Mind you, he's 2. So I asked for a lid. She came back and said they didn't have lids or any children cups. So we managed, I just had to hold his cup for him everytime he wanted a sip so that he wouldn't spill it. Then I ordered an appetizer and she brought it out. I had to ask for plates and napkins. After she brought them,, she left to go on her lunch break.. which was fine.. Then we had a different waitress come take our order. My husband is a very bland eater so he ordered the hibachi steak with rice, no vegetables. When our order came, his plate was stacked with vegetables and shrimp. We immediately told her that he didn't order the surf and turf and didn't want vegetables. She took the plate back to be corrected. Meanwhile there's only 2 other tables being occupied and there was no music so it was super quiet. We over heard the waitress and the cook talking about us. The waitress said, I guess he's not a vegetarian and thats why he's so skinny and probably has bad health and won't live long. When I heard this very rude comment of hers, I made sure to tell her how rude it was to say what she had said. she started to stutter and act like she didn't say anything, but we heard everything she said. We were prepared to leave a very generous tip, but after the terrible experience we decided to not leave a tip. I almost didn't even want to pay at all. I could see it in my husband's face how hurt he was, because he does struggle with his weight and for someone to make a rude comment on it was devastating. We will not be back. We will gladly take our business around the corner...
Read moreI hate to do this but it's just not good. So many people here recommended this place, but we've eaten here twice and neither experience was good. The owners and family are really great people, and I hope they find this review with understanding. The first time we ate here we purchased takeout and felt for the price it was no better than Kobe which is cheaper. We finally tried it again as our date night, and we really love the atmosphere (although it needs a little maintenance), but neither my spouse nor I liked our meals, and they were out of some sushi options. Also, we both got sick. The rice tasted like minute rice and ordering hibachi, my steak came out as a whole steak over veggies...a very cheap and poor tasting steak full of gristle. My meal was so salty I could barely eat the little bit I did. I had to keep dabbing my soaked veggies in my rice, and the sauce really just didn't taste good at all. I do want to give praise where it's deserved. The veggies were cooked perfectly, al dente, and our server was really great! She really tried hard to make sure my food was prepared properly because I have some food intolerances and she helped with ingredients that weren't listed on the menu for some sushi. It would be really helpful for this place to sit down and list, in the menu, a description of each menu item and what it contains, and also make an allergen menu. We cannot eat at most Asian cuisine places because no one has an allergen menu... imagine the business you would get if you were the only one to do this. We love thai, Japanese, Chinese, Korean food, but can't find local places...
Read moreIf you are not a classy white American customer, the wait will treat you like a homeless The food is terrible, the Tom Yum soup is like a bowl of salf ,nothing good, we had to ask them for re cook bc we cant eat. the fried rice is pale and wet like porridge Their sushi look beauty but not like they are P/s :To the owner. I have been to more than 20 Thai restaurants& your restaurant is the worst restaurant i have ever eaten. simple example like this: 1 .Thai tea, is a very popular drink in Thai restaurants, but your restaurant has prepared it more like milk than Thai tea Fried rice, when you clean up your table Did you saw that the rest of it was all shrimp, although it was a lot of shrimp, and it was big, but we ate exactly 2: - The frist: because my son tried it, he said the smell of shrimp was not like he ate before, The second : I tried , the shrimp was burned because it wasn't cold enough, and the fried shrimp wasn't cooked wel, still not ready for eat, so we left it. *For the tom yum soup, as you said everyone has a different taste, but when I used the word salt, like salt in your soup, you understand how salty it is, Tom Yum without of lemongrass, lemon leaves (its ok i can understand) but only the salty taste of salt water. That's why when I asked to exchange or re-cook the restaurant you offered us to buy something else You can advoid everything i sảd. But i just want...
