When you find a Taco Bell that can create and produce the menu as it was designed per corporate regulations and design, then, you find a restaurant that has truly addicting burritos and tacos that are simple but great to eat. TacoBell on w 12th has some of the best food, but the service is slow, and they frequently error on orders, but what can an employee at this Taco Bell do to make perfect food orders and provide the best service when they are always understaffed, and will always be one of the busiest Taco Bell stores in the nation...the drive thru line is always out to the street, and the online orders continue to compete for the time and efficiency of the staffs skills and experience. Every team member at this Taco Bell are great at what they do. The only downside from my own personal experience, the General Manager needs a complete attitude makeover And possibly an education in etiquette or even a degree in higher education period, he is base and rude, from my own personal experience...its why i quit. Other than that, i love the Taco Bell food, And i love and miss the rest of the team members that work hard and luv their job in the year 2025. I want to say that the evening manager at this location really stepped up when it came to my order. I waited 8 to 10 minutes in their drive thru (always long lines but it's TB and I love their cinnamon balls) I give my order I got the total on the screen and proceeded forward. Got to the window and the lady said they didn't have my order and that I had to drive all the way around AGAIN and order. I'm like are you for real?. I told her the price on the screen and then seen what I ordered, and everything was correct. She wasn't about to retake my order. I was fuming and yes said some choice words as I was driving back around and this time went inside and asked for the manager. Now I never get mad with fast food workers. So I expressed to her how frustrated I was and she even admitted to me she seen my order. So she said she would make my order personally all I had to do was put my order in again. Did yall know they don't even take orders inside anymore?? It's ALL kiosks. Thats why they got 1 star for atmosphere. Not having 1 cash register to take orders is ridiculous to me.
