Arby's — Restaurant in Wayne

Most of the time my food is fresh and delicious, if you know what to order from Arby's. But on December 7th 2023, I went late and there's wasn't even a big line yet it took them 20 minutes to get the guys order in front of us which was only 3 kids meals! and when we got to the window it was another 10-15 minutes. I understand if they were short staffed, but we did not deserve the attitude from the employee. My drink was sitting and waiting the entire time we were waiting in line. So it became watery and gross. So my boyfriend asked the employee for another coke, but he kinda looked mad and said it would be an up charge for another coke. Clearly he wasn't understanding that it was waiting in a line of other drinks, slowly becoming undrinkable. So my boyfriend explained it was waiting a long time so now the ice has melted. The guy finally understood gave us another drink and we drove off. Only for me to understand, that he just gave me another coke that was already watered down. AND the first coke he gave me, we had to give back to him. Which is 100% against proper...

Tried a piece of the creamy Mediterranean wrap recently & I thought it was alright. So the next trip to Arbys I ordered my own. I don't even understand how anyone could let this monstrosity out the door. The small amount of Chicken is already a bad start, but it's not even cut into slices. It was still a whole small piece & those 2 pieces are all I got. Who thought That small uncut piece of Chicken to the right was supposed to be enough meat for a wrap. The lack of coordination in the production of this Sandwich is very unappreciated on my behalf. I paid for a lettuce tomato wrap with sloppy creamy sauce. Whoever made this wrap should be prosecuted. Not a fan of this Location already so it'll be a very long time before I make the bad decision to go back there. And if you have a problem with workers with no masks, don't go here. I gave it two stars because the food is at least hot as far as the care put into constructing the sandwiches that is another story. I live in this area and this Arby's is pretty close and have been on several occasions and I usually wait until I visited it a place more than three times to give it a rating and here I am. The sandwiches you received from this location give you the impression that they have been put together hours ahead of time and we're just sitting around. Sandwiches aren't presentable there isn't an adequate amount of ingredients and there's just no care taken.
