Dunkin' — Restaurant in Wayne

Dunkin Donuts on Valley Road in Wayne Nj was such terrible service. We ordered a coffee Coolatta and some other items. We were standing there waiting and the young man behind the asked what we were waiting for …. We told him and handed us the coolatta that was already a melting mush. He said that’s the way it should look I was like seriously it doesn’t. Can we get a new one since it was just sitting there because he said he thought he handed it to us which he didn’t which is why we were waiting. The employee continue to yell at my husband in front of my three children saying you don’t know what it should look like you don’t work here do you? Are you my father? Meanwhile two older men we assume the managers just stood there and let this young man continue to scream at us. Totally rude and uncalled for. We will never return and I will make sure everyone is is aware also! Not only that we can’t even see the store number, survey number or employee information because they know how many more complaints...

I am sad to report that my experiences receiving services from Dunkin Donuts have not been good. From poor food quality (Hardy wraps are now thin tortillas in a much smaller and more messy presentation) pickups are stolen and must be made again or in this case I tried to explain multiple times that I was awarded a free drink in the app and ended up paying for it so I can resume my day. I have to say that there are too many options to tolerate mediocre service and product. Im not a particularly picky person but poor results appear to be baked into what was once an operation that was driven by owner pride and now is just assembly line mentality without assembly line results. I'm going to have to delete the app and go for better options for coffee, goodies...

I may not know the Manager's name but I know him by face. Can you please tell your employees to be more courteous, especially the girls. For some reason, this one girl in particular is very impudent. When she is at the register, she's too impatient and when she's making the food and drinks, it seems like she could care less about how the product would come out. Worst part is this is all during downtime hours since I try to avoid going there during rush hours. Getting my order wrong and a bad service by her is not cool. The men that works here is I think the reason why this branch is still in businesses. They know how to talk and offers...
