Wawa — Restaurant in Wayne

Well first off I came there after work to get pizza because I was hungry, but if I knew how it was tonight I would have never went to Wawa. I was there opening day and it was good, got everything I wanted without attitudes from workers. So I ordered a pizza and I forgot to say I didn’t want mushrooms on it, but when I asked an associate and or manager Mike to get no mushrooms, the girl making the pizza in the back was mad it seemed because I asked for that. Manager Mike said to me she’s been here all day and she’s stressed, because of the situation, I understand that she’s been there all day but there is no reason for the attitude from the back because I had said that I wanted no mushrooms, not to mention it took so long for the pizza to be made and then I was told by manager Joseph that my pizza got stuck on the pizza screen and that he was going to make another pizza for me.. I told him that I was annoyed and I didn’t really want the pizza anymore.. then manager Joseph went and took the new made pizza out of the oven, he didn’t put gloves on and he was playing with his hair and didn’t wash his hands and then really pissed me off even more, he did cut the pizza in small slices like I asked manager Mike said that I couldn’t have it cut. I did not have a great experience tonight, I was so excited that you guys opened up close to my job but maybe I think I should take my business...

I have come here a hand full of times and have had a hand full of bad experiences. I usually come on my break for lunch and use the app to order. Not once. Not twice. But three times I’ve come to get my order pick up and it was not completed. The purpose of ordering ahead is to make it easier for me as a customer. Ali gave me a refund as I spent 20 minutes waiting for an order they “couldn’t find” only after he requested I punch it in again. Some older woman couldn’t help me the second time around. And today, I came in 10 minutes after expected pick up time to find my order was not ever available for pickup. John quickly got my order together but it’s the full on inconvenience every single time that just made me not want to return to...

Compared to Wawa in PA ( 4-5 stars ) this location has a long way to go. I’ve seen no hot food on the food racks. Order time regardless if you order online you will still wait long as the staff tends to not pay attention to the orders (maybe they don’t care) one lady who seems to work often (i go here before work Monday - Friday) who makes the drinks and food seems to always be in a bad mood and works very slow. Online orders will sometimes be on the online order rack or just sitting where they prep food even if paid for ( I often have to try to get a staff members attention to get my online order I’ve already paid for as I can’t reach the food making me run late to...
