I heard how awesome their food was so my husband and I finally got the chance to try their menu. I got the steak and shrimp with veggies and fried rice. It was amazing. The steak was slightly overcooked but then again, I understand they have certain food safety protocols they have to follow since they are a food truck. The shrimp was perfectly cooked. Not rubbery from over cooking. I usually don't like fried rice because I've never had fried rice good enough that I would even want to finish. Their rice...amazing. My husband got steak lo mein. The steak was a bit overcooked but like I said, they definitely do follow food safety protocols. Prices were a bit steep but, the quality of their food makes up for it. We will definitely be eating here again. I recommend people try them out. Their quality of food and the love they put into their food far exceeds any other hobunk restaurant in town.

We are really observant about overall sanitation, food prep, condition of their truck etc. We noticed that they are located by a building possibly undergoing renovations. I really hope they are looking at opening an actual restaurant. I know I wouldn't eat other local establishments anymore if they do, regardless of price.

The food is always great. But today I experienced the worst customer service from there. Whomever the young guy that is working at the window, he needs to work on his customer service skills. I came up to the window and from the moment I got there he made eye contact and never acknowledged the fact that I was there. After about 5 minutes I noticed that they were fulfilling a large order so I continued to wait and it wasn't a big deal. The problem is he could have said how are you, we will be with you momentarily, etc. But nothing, complete silence. He wasn't busy, he was just standing there, the others were. After about 10 minutes and only after one of the other gentlemen ask him had my order been taken was I acknowledged by the young man. My ordered was placed online so by this time it was ready. Love the food but that young man's customer service skills needs...

Very disappointed,I feel bad to leave a bad review even though the food is good and owner is nice, but I need to spread awareness of tipping scam. Last night I ordered the Lo Mein plate. The woman at the cash register told me the total was 34.51 dollars for the food, she proceeded to grab my debit card and charge 39.69 dollars (including 15% tip without my consent). Confused, I proceeded to ask her why it was so much, in which she lied and told me I pressed the tip button. I told her I didn't press it when she had the machine in her hand the entire time. She must have had a guilty conscience, because she ended up giving me 5.51 dollars back but continued to blame me for pressing the tip button. Very...
