Subway — Restaurant in Waynesville

Like the sandwiches, mainly fresh, good and fairly healthy. Cookies are my favorite. Service was good until my most recent visit and the person making our sandwiches seemed annoyed by the fact 2 people was ordering 4 sandwiches. 2 each, for 4 people. Was taking lunch to my son and daughter in law. Is it really different than a family of 4 ordering. I really don't need a attitude, I am polite to people and this really made me reconsider this subway, maybe one more try if it doesn't work I will use another one. Problem solved. I was a little confused and irritated when I placed my order and the employees said I had to get what was precisely written for that sandwich on the menu board. What if I was allergic or just DIDNT LIKE something that was added?? And then we tried to use a BOGO footlong coupon and they said the wrap couldn't be used with it. So we left. Walked in and tried to order, and it legitimately felt like the staff was made up of people they had kidnapped and fed valium to. Had very little product knowledge, didn’t even really seem to know how to build our subs. I had a wrap, and honestly I didn’t think it would be that hard to make but then again I don’t work there (though, like I said, I don’t think the employees here do either).

Overall nice people, but if you want anything more than conversation, y’know like sandwiches, I would recommend...
