McDonald's — Restaurant in Weathersfield Township

Went around mid night sat at the drive thru for three minutes waiting for a greeting I then tried to greet them with no response I then pulled up to the second window waiting for someone to appear and someone did walk past the window not giving me a glance and into the lobby waited there for 8 minutes at the window trying to call the store no one would answer. Then I went back around the speaker to try and talk again all I had was a mobile order with a small drink and 4 nuggets that’s it once again after trying to greet them no response I then once again went up to the window when I saw two cars speed in and park, they were employees, then a blonde lady from one of those cars appeared I told her what had gone on and gave her my mobile code and she went to get the order, the a girl that was in the other speeding car with a red shirt and what looked to be strawberry blonde hair appeared I told her I’ve been waiting now for 12 minutes for 4 nuggets and a drink she told me the girl that was there which was ONLY ONE?! was in the restroom that whole time even thought I saw her with the headset on before going in, the red shirt lady then came back telling me it would be 2 minutes for nuggets and to pull up with a terrible attitude and to pull up and wait at this point it’s been 18 minutes since I got there. I waited 6-7 minutes to where she hands them to me without a word nor apology and just started to go into a screaming match with the car behind me. very unprofessional this is disappointing I waiting around 24 minutes from when I got there to GET FOUR NUGGETS!!!. Night time management and crew...

If i could give no stars i would the employee taking orders at the window has a very poor attitude she made us repeat our order multiple times because she wasn’t listening or wasnt paying attention and the employee mary i don’t know if she’s a manger here or not but when your sitting down on the clock and yelling at customers you don’t make a great one i payed for extra caramel in my frappe since they now charge you for it and when i received it it barely had any so my boyfriend went back in there and that’s when mary started yelling at him saying that we need to pay for extra and that i could just stir the carmel on top in the drink so my boyfriend told her we did pay for it she demanded a receipt then put some more just on top and told my boyfriend again to stir it within the drink mary doesn’t seem to understand that when you have whipped cream and caramel touching the lid it makes a big mess to try and stir then when i tasted it IT TASTED JUST LIKE ICE NO FLAVOR WHAT SO EVER so since mary is old she should know how to make a frappe and how if a drink is filled to the top it’s extremely hard to stir it in i will probably not order a frappe here again especially if mary is working oh wait she probably wouldn’t take my order anyways cause she’s to busy sitting down...

I like this McDonald's. Its better than the other Niles/Warren locations! I love the new look!! Also I was one of the first 100 customers when they reopened so i received a coupon for a free Big Mac every week for a year :) my fiance and i LOVE getting our free Big-Mac every week! Most of the time we go out of our way and pass other McDonald's stores to go to this location, because we like the service here most of the time. Most of the employee's are friendly and the food is almost always fresh. I will admit at night you do have to ask for fresh fry's or they WILL be stale EVERY time.. The food (mostly frys and pies) are usually stale when the one manager "Michelle" is working.. She isn't very friendly and in the few years I've been coming here I've noticed they mess up my order almost every time when Michelle is working. Besides her (Michelle) poor work ethic and not so nice attitude towards the customers. (Not just me I've seen her be very rude to other customers) this location...
