Imo's Pizza — Restaurant in Webster Groves

Ordered from them for the first time last night 10/14/16 and the food was gross! It didn't taste like real original Imo's pizza recipe. I ordered a large 2-topping pizza & hot mustard wings (on-line). The bacon was thick, already cooked and then topped on my pizza with less pepperoni. Plus the hot mustard wings barely had sauce on them ( good thing I ordered extra sauce that was an extra .75¢) and on top of that the sauce taste sweet. I spent $25 on food $30 with the tip and the food quality was horrible. Plus it was cold when it got here. Either they need a new cook or the owner needs to go back to the original recipes. More less to say, I threw away 3/4 of a large pizza and 5 out of 8 wings away and $30 out the window. Thanks but no thanks, never will I eat...

Placed a delivery order. Added a $5 tip to the total, sightly more than 20%. Wrote in the comment to delivery person I would need change for $30 (would have been a dollar and some change).

When pizza arrived handed delivery guy a twenty and a ten; he asked if he was good to go, and i told him I needed change. He seemed confused and I told him i had included his tip during the online order. He seemed surprised and said people dont normally do that. He said he only had a five. I told him i had put a message that i would need change. He said he saw my message about needing change, but didnt know what it meant.

Asked for my money back and returned the pizza to him.

Have never tried delivery with Imos before, but i guess i’ll stick with my usual...

Poor service and even poorer food quality. Ordered a meatball sandwich and it came bright pink in the middle. Being 9 weeks pregnant and unable to eat anything under cooked I called to let a member of their team know for them to tell me "that's how they come" instead of offering something in replacement or offering a refund. I then phoned my doctor and they told me that it was in fact under cooked and not to eat it because it can cause listeria. Called back once again to ask for a refund and the team member who answered the phone seem inconvenienced. I will not ever be ordering from this establishment again and I don't recommend anyone else does as they clearly have no common curtsy for...
