Mama's Kitchen — Restaurant in Webster

USUALLY this restaurant is nice and friendly...the food is ALWAYS amazing. However, I WILL NEVER GO TO THIS RESTAURANT AGAIN. I went to pick up two orders for customers that had ordered through doordash... After patiently, quietly, and respectfully waiting for over an hour I politely noted, "excuse me some of the orders that are being handed out were placed after I got here." Their response was I don't care I will take care of the customers that are in the restaurant first. When I stated that doordash customers are still paying customers so should still be treated with respect... Mama came barging out of the kitchen swearing at me and acting completely unprofessional. I asked why are you yelling at me I didn't say anything to you... She got louder and louder. The only reason I got louder was because I couldn't get a word in edgewise. All I was trying to say was, "why are you yelling at me that's not a way to treat a customer!" So I basically waited over an hour for a paying customer's order (which they hadn't even started yet), was told that paying customers that order on doordash don't matter to them, I'm not allowed to simply ask where my order is or get the slightest bit upset after waiting over an hour.... But they are allowed to act professional screaming yell and swear at customers (to the point where every other customer in the restaurant starts yelling at me... Mainly because they had been waiting a long time as well and the restaurant clearly stated they were going to take care of In-House customers first), they threaten to call the police, I had to cancel and unassign the orders, and got thrown out of the restaurant. Originally gave 4 stars. Todays experience made me change to 1 star. There was a guy already at the counter when i arrived. I had already ordered, got my food, and almost finished eating when that guy asked where his order was. I had been there an hour and just finished eating so he must have been there a lot longer. Turns out he is a doordasher. The waitress told him she doesnt care about door dash orders. Then the owner came out and started swearing at him and threatening to call the police. The poor guy had been waiting over an hour and was then told his order not only didnt matter but hadnt even been started yet. The way the owner and staff was treating him and even getting other customers mad at him was so wrong and unprofessional. I feel so bad for the poor guy. We used to frequent Mama’s regularly about a year or two ago, always loved the experience and spoke highly of the food. After returning for the first time in a while I picked up breakfast to go and it was far from the experience I was used to. The food was not the same quality in flavor at all, and my boyfriend and I both got really sick about an hour and a half after we ate. We called to let them know they should probably check their eggs as we just got disgustingly ill. The only other time I have had an issue like this at another establishment I was profusely apologized to and offered a refund, neither of which was my experience today with Mama’s.
