I went through the drive thru tonight. I ordered a T8 which is 3 tacos and a large fountain drink. So I ordered 3 soft tacos and a Pepsi. The kid says we only have water. So I asked how much would it be for only the 3 tacos. He says the same price. So I said just give me the water then. I get to the window and ask him what's wrong? Is the soda machine down or something? He says no his MANAGER forgot to order cups. So I had a large empty McDonald's cup. I asked if he could just put the soda in that and I would take that as the drink seeing as how they didn't have any cups. He tells me he can't do that. So fine I guess I will take the water. The total comes up to $7.16 so I hand him a $10 and tell him hold on and i go to grab the change out of my cup holder. Well at this point he's already got the cashregister open getting my change. So I knock on the window trying to give him the 16 cents. Well instead of looking at me he puts his finger up indicating one minute. Finally he opens the window and goes to hand me the change. That's when I hand him the 16 cents. He looks at it and goes what is this for? So I tell him its for my meal so that you could give me back exactly $3 like I was trying to ask for in the first place. So instead of that he hands me the change and says I already closed the register. THIS TACO BELL is very disrespectful with low customer service skills and hires a bunch of half@$$ employees. I mean come on now. How do you forget to order cups? Especially a MANAGER. Then to top it off treat your customers very poorly. I would not go back to this restaurant if you paid me. That is how bad this experience was. Thank god I was brought up right because this kid really got on...
Read moreGreatest fast food experience I have ever had in my life. When I got to the restaurant there were no cars in the drive thru line, so I got to pull up to then order box immediately. The employee said “one moment, I’ll be right with you.” Pretty standard, now what I wasn’t expecting was for her to rush out of the building and right to my car door with a feather and script roll ready to hand-write my order. What was even crazier is that I didn’t even have to tell her what I wanted, she placed her hand on my forehead and began writing down exactly what I was thinking about. She smiled at me and said “to the window my darling, you’re ready to fly.” As I got to the window, ready to pay, I was informed that the person in front of me had paid for my meal. I went to go put my wallet back and noticed that the bag of food had manifested itself on to my passenger seat. When I got home and opened the bag, there was not only what I ordered, all perfectly made and not a piece forgotten - there was an unending feast prepared by the Colonel himself with a handwritten letter thanking me for my business. I will absolutely come back to...
Read moreDo not come here unless you want old food and germs all over it. My fiancee and I stopped in today and we had already had issues with the Taco Bell getting our order wrong however we decided to walk in to ensure it would be right. Upon entering we noticed there were employees on their phones with their gloves that they use to handle food with, now I want you to ask yourself when the last time you fully sanitized your phone was, yeah gross and the employee didn’t even change their gloves before going back to handling food. I ordered a Crunchwrap supreme combo, my order that I’ve had for 6 years and I was so excited for it until I bit into the Crunchwrap and it was stale; both the inside and outside tortillas tasted like they were months old. Fast forward 6 hours later and we both don’t feel well at all and we’ve never had issues with Taco Bell food before. We will now be getting the kits from the grocery store, cause...
